擁有神之能量的八階騎兵只對強者產生感應，因此想要獲得神器的青睞，主公需極大提升手中已擁有的騎兵。當玩家將騎兵培養至 7 階「盤龍帝隕」時，便獲得打造八階騎兵的機會。
九炙鐵晶是打造「九炙帝君斬」的必備之物
打造神器自然需要專用的上古材料，玩家可以前往商城購買打造「九炙帝君斬」不可或缺的九炙鐵晶。九炙鐵晶可幫助7階「盤龍帝隕」突破神級境界，獲得更強的屬性加成與更絢麗的造型。和其他凡品騎兵不同的是，只有當祝福值滿百分之百的時，才能成功獲得八階騎兵。
八階騎兵「九炙帝君斬」助君稱霸天下
尋求神器的過程如此艱難，也表明八階騎兵「九炙帝君斬」的屬性加成不會讓主公失望。成功獲得神器，主公的戰鬥力將得到全面的提升。

【張欽／台北報導】媚登峰美容公司遭員工檢舉，明知生產的保健食品「紅花琉璃飲」已過期，竟要求員工向會員推銷販賣，台北市調處幹員與台北市衛生局人員下午前往媚登峰位在台北市連雲街的連雲店進行搜索，最後衛生局人員帶走兩大箱產品，將進行化驗。調查員則將2名連雲店人員及相關帳戶帶回市調處。

【綜合報導】導演鈕承澤(豆導)為新片勘景，違規夾帶中國攝影師登海軍軍艦，海軍準備移送高雄地檢署法辦。
國防部表示該案涉及觸犯《刑法》及《要塞堡壘地帶法》，屬公訴罪，2罪都可處5年以下有期徒刑，豆導恐涉2罪的共犯；但有律師分析，實務上皆非重罪，通常得易科罰金。
有PTT網友覺得最後會沒事，放話說「如果豆導或中國攝影師真的被關，入獄當天就在台北車站請吃百片雞排。」

| 約聘僱公職擬準用勞退 可領月退

【王家俊／台北報導】銓敘部版「聘用人員人事條例」草案出爐，規範現行約聘雇人員一旦離職，只能一次領取離職儲金，銓敘部表示將修法讓他們準用《勞工退休金條例》、可領月退。過去離職儲金的年資，也考慮按月給付。該草案約有2萬6千名公務機關約聘僱人員適用。
現行約聘僱人員佔公務員額比例約百分之八點多，不少人是「萬年約聘僱」，銓敘部版「聘用人員人事條例」草案明定，未來約聘僱人員上限不得超過10％，原則上一年一聘，同一計畫超過5年以上、用同一批約聘僱人員就必須檢討。此外，草案新增約聘僱人員比照公務人員，每年提報考績。

根據今日出版的《時報周刊》報導，謝金燕新歌《姐姐》整首跳針跳不停，短時間內就紅遍台灣，連酒店客人也不叫酒店妹「美眉」，而改叫「姐姐」，更有業者訂製MV中紅色儀隊服裝，要制服妹排練整首歌，歌曲風靡程度可見一般。

【綜合報導】現年2歲的艾登，不會說話無法走路，也認不得自己的爸媽，他的臉部長有一顆巨大腫瘤，讓人一看就退避三舍，而且醫生至今還無法確定艾登到底罹患什麼病。
早產8週的艾登，一出生臉部，背部和大腿就長有腫瘤，出生三週後，癲癇開始固定發作，醫生一開始以為他是普洛提斯症候群(Proteus Syndrome)，因染色體異常導致患者皮膚或骨頭不正常生長，但切片檢查的結果都呈陰性，現在他們懷疑他是罹患先天性脂肪瘤過度生長畸形(CLOVES syndrome)。
這種疾病目前全球僅有130人罹患，相當罕見，目前還沒有檢測這種病的方式，醫生只能靠發病症狀作診斷，像是皮膚、四肢、脊髓異常腫大或變形。而且也還不知道是什麼導致這種疾病，治療方式更是需要按圖索驥。
艾登的爸爸為了照顧他，已經辭去工作，媽媽則是打工維持家計，雖然辛苦但爸媽表示他們不會放棄艾登，只盼能早日找到治療艾登的方式。
