約聘僱公職擬準用勞退　可領月退

【王家俊／台北報導】銓敘部版「聘用人員人事條例」草案出爐，規範現行約聘雇人員一旦離職，只能一次領取離職儲金，銓敘部表示將修法讓他們準用《勞工退休金條例》、可領月退。過去離職儲金的年資，也考慮按月給付。該草案約有2萬6千名公務機關約聘僱人員適用。

現行約聘僱人員佔公務員額比例約百分之八點多，不少人是「萬年約聘僱」，銓敘部版「聘用人員人事條例」草案明定，未來約聘僱人員上限不得超過10％，原則上一年一聘，同一計畫超過5年以上、用同一批約聘僱人員就必須檢討。此外，草案新增約聘僱人員比照公務人員，每年提報考績。
