【黃仲瑜／新北報導】夜晚騎車真的要小心，新北市新店區的一條山路，昨天深夜11時許，發生一起電線勾騎士脖子導致摔車事件。
 
昨天深夜在新店的建業路發生一起意外事件，一位梅姓機車駕駛，後座載著女性友人騎車經過，現場天色昏暗，沒有注意到半空中懸掛一條電線，行經時被電線勾到脖子，兩人因此摔車，附近居民聽到聲響查看後幫忙報警處理。
 
救護車到達後檢查兩人傷勢，都只有輕傷，但是梅姓騎士的脖子有留下被電線勾到的痕跡，救護車將兩人送醫檢查後都無大礙，經由到場的警消檢查，現場的電線是有線電視的訊號線，可能是設備老舊，導致原本固定在空中的訊號線掉下來，垂在半空中，才會導致這個意外的發生，聯繫相關有線電視台業者，都聯繫不上，已將訊號線移至路旁，確定無危險之虞後離開。

南台家扶中心還有一半的助學基金沒有著落，金曲台語歌王謝銘祐及麵包車樂團得知後，答應文化局邀請在28日（周日）晚間七時三十分在南門路大南門公園舉辦「謝銘祐╳家扶，老城門助學義賣音樂會」募款。
 
南台南家扶中心表示，多數學子還在規畫出遊、歡度暑假，但對弱勢家庭來說，暑期一結束就要註冊，擺在眼前的難題就是該如何籌措學費。中心輔導受扶助孩子升學所需助學金，每學期高達五百五十萬，由於近年募款工作趨於困難，截至目前，離募款目標尚有一大段距離。
 
新科金曲歌王殊榮的謝銘祐，平日就號召志同道合者組成「麵包車樂團」，巡迴老人安養機構、免費唱歌給老人聽，得知家扶為協助弱勢兒童就學，積極籌措基金，爽快應允文化局邀約這場募款音樂會，當晚還會義賣簽名專輯，部分款項將捐給家扶中心。

全聯位於離島金門金寧鄉的一處賣場，昨晚11時許門口櫃檯處突冒出火光悶燒，警消獲報趕抵現場敲破玻璃門，衝入灌救，迅速將火撲滅，因二樓為ktv，火警發生後ktv內的數十位客人倉皇逃出，連對面飯店客人也受到驚嚇，跑到飯店外，確認安全才回房睡覺。消防局表示，起火原因疑為收銀機自燃，因發現得早，沒造成延燒。

報案的周姓民眾表示，當時剛好從ktv走出來，聞到燒焦味覺得不對勁，急忙查看才發現全聯裡面有火光，一名消防員則說「慶幸賣場門口是玻璃門而非鐵捲門，否則若等火勢延燒起來才發現，損失就會很慘重」。火警發生原因由消防局調查。

【林海全╱台中報導】前副總統呂秀蓮上午9時許，前往台中后里洪家慰問，她痛批總統馬英九，身為三軍統帥，但是在事情發生時，卻忙於競選黨主席，完全荒廢國政，枉顧人權，縱使不罷免總統，但馬英九自己一定要「下詔罪已」，向全國人民道歉。
 
洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸向呂秀蓮表示，桃檢雖然現在已經介入，但已經過了兩個禮拜，擔心證據第一時間沒有保全，遭到滅證，擔心偵破更難此案。
