【綜合報導】英國有6名交通警想跟緊潮流，學人大跳《哈林搖》(Harlem Shake)，想不到搖著搖著卻搖出禍來，連飯碗都被「搖爛」。
6名交通警穿著制服，在警局停車場大跳《哈林搖》，影片在今年2月上傳到《YouTube》，警隊立即下令徹查。高層指這6位主角身穿警服跳舞，行為失當，每人都收到書面警告信，其中一個最後還被迫辭職。

| 涉抄襲學長論文 博士生判賠10萬元

【黃哲民／新北報導】國立大學董姓博士生被指抄襲陳姓學長發表的論文，並於2008年間5次發表在學術期刊或研討會，被陳男求償70萬元。
董男辯稱與學長引用同一批文獻，但智慧財產法院指董男著作出現的小錯誤跟陳男一模一樣，論述核心內容的實質相似性也極高，又沒註明引用出處，認定董男抄襲，判決應賠償陳男10萬元。
董男另於今年4月，被台北地院依4次違反《著作權法》合併判刑9月，得易科罰金。校方表示，雙方仍在訴訟中，不便評論，董男尚未申請博士口試。

【林世雄／台中報導】在禁閉室操練後，突傳中暑暴斃的陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘，他在關禁閉的期間陸軍第六軍團269旅、負責管理戒護室的室長、副室長及五名管理戒護人員共七名士官，昨天從上午開始被軍事檢察官傳訊調查，一直到傍晚才結束，晚間九時許由該旅政戰部主任陳毅銘帶領下趕抵洪家，在死者靈前上香致歉，陳毅銘向死者表示，「我們沒把你照顧好，對不起，希望你一路好走。」洪母說：「希望你們把真相說出來，如果沒有錯的話，我會原諒你們。」
一行人在家屬安排下，瞻仰洪仲丘的大體，死者親友氣憤表示：「仲丘，是誰操死你的，去找他。」洪父則說，「我就這樣一個優秀的兒子，被你們操死了，你們有沒有良心、你們睡得著嗎？」一行人全沈默不語。臨去前，他們七人在死者親友的要求下，跪在死者靈前，向死者表達歉意。
洪母說，他們七位在跟她會談時，一再道歉，她有感受到他們道歉的誠意，但針對案情內容則未多說。
帶隊的269旅政戰主任陳毅銘說，目前全案相關案情已經由軍事檢察官調查中，相信一切很快就會水落石出。

板上各位好 小的我手邊有一樣東西 那個東西叫做環(ㄏㄨㄢˊ) 據我媽媽說是硼砂的一種(? 那是我爺爺去古早的柑仔店買的 可以除腋下的臭味(非止汗) 它是一種白色的結晶體，顆粒約一般喝咖啡會加的砂糖 稍微粗粗的，味道也沒說很好聞 我媽媽說那是以前人用來洗大腸的黏液 我本身腋下非常容易出汗，這幾天我也有試用了一下 手指稍微沾濕塗在腋下雖然刺刺的但是效果絕妙 那天我有出遊，整天下來一點都沒味道 結尾就是..... 這個到底是甚麼東西? 這東西我媽天天用，我怕到時候對人體有害就糟糕了 也希望板上大大不吝給予意見m(_ _)m 再次感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.3.103

| 手機即是錢包 遠傳推NFC服務啟動新一代行動支付

近年廣受討論的行動支付逐漸明朗，在金管會鬆綁之下，未來順利過關民眾將可用手機刷卡！未來，如有特定銀行帳戶，即可在指定地點透過NFC付帳，不需要使用信用卡，手機即是信用卡！
遠傳電信與遠東商銀合作，邀集Master Card、合作金庫、悠遊卡公司，以及手機大廠hTC、三星、Vodafone等廠商合作，推出多卡合一NFC服務。未來只要使用NFC功能手機，並搭配遠傳的SWP-SIM卡，手機即可成為信用卡、交通票證、購物集點卡、儲值卡、門禁卡等，多卡合一的行動支付工具，感應一下即快速付款，不用攜帶許多不方便的卡片。目前具有NFC功能且通過Master Card與悠遊卡認證，可使用行動支付的手機有新hTC ONE、Samsung Galaxy S3；目前僅通過Master Card認證，悠遊卡功能尚在認證中的有Vodafone Smart III、Samsung Galaxy S4、Samsung Galaxy NOTEII、Samsung Galaxy S3 mini。手機中只要有Wallet APP，即可進行交易，或是了解現金流量。
遠傳電信總經理李彬表示，行動消費已是智慧科技的發展趨勢。遠東商銀總經理洪信德首先感謝金管會的同意，同時表示，全球行動支付的比重目前為40%，未來將逐年升高。此外，除了遠東商銀通過金管會核准，合作商業金庫銀行也尚在核准過程中。Master Card凌海表示，雖然店家申請這項服務還需要手續費，收現金不用，但收現金即須要人事成本、點鈔需要時間，甚至易失竊；總總成本加起來，遠不及這項服務的手續費。最後，他以一句「向現金宣戰」來宣示自己要讓更多人使用這項服務的決心。
遠東商銀已在6月初試辦遠東Happy GO手機信用卡，與遠銀合作的NFC全方位服務計劃將在7月開始，首波先由遠東員工試用。悠遊卡功能已內建於SIM卡內，加值後就可使用。同時加上快速感應機制，如果手機有電時，不用開啟APP即可刷卡，搭捷運或公車時更方便。
當然，安全性還是最令人顧慮的。遠傳SWP-SIM卡依國際標準開發，所有應用程式之資訊皆無法在未經授權的狀態下更改，維護使用者權益。而手機遺失時，只要向電信商掛失，即可連信用卡功能一起掛失。
不過，消費者申辦門號前，可選擇SIM卡是否搭載悠遊卡功能，且目前僅支援內建一張信用卡。多媒體事業經理曾志寬表示，如金管會准許，有機會搭載兩張以上信用卡。
