【綜合報導】路邊有人送錢給你，沒有任何理由也不需要任何回報，你會願意拿嗎?
 
美國一搞笑網站FatAwesome，就在波士頓做了一個大方送錢的實驗，在路邊發送一美元現鈔，就像發送廣告傳單一樣，出乎意料的是，大多數的人都只是經過，少數停頓下來的人，也只是遲疑幾秒又快步離開，不知道是因為不相信有這種好康，還是擔心這一美元，可能只是另類廣告手法，即便發送人員高喊「想要錢的就來拿」，「拿走就是你的」，但還是引不起民眾興趣，直到最後才有一位女士抽走一塊美金，離開時還頻頻回頭，似乎不敢相信這是真的。
 
這樣的現象，可能因為太容易懷疑別人，不敢相信有人會無緣無故在路上發送白花花的鈔票，不過也有可能大家都有拾金不昧的精神，不貪不義之財，但或許在另一個地方做實驗，會有截然不同的結果。

網通晶片亞信(3169-TW)公布上半年獲利，第 2 季稅後淨利達0.29億元，較第 1 季成長 5 成多，每股稅後盈餘為0.57元，上半年稅後淨利為0.49億元，較去年同期下滑27.6%，每股稅後盈餘為0.95元。

亞信第 2 季營收達1.53億元，較第 1 季成長15.9%，毛利率達45.87%，較第 1 季增加3.56個百分點，營業淨利為0.31億元，較第 1 季增加64%，營益率為20.2%，稅後淨利為0.29億元，較第 1 季大幅成長52%，每股稅後盈餘為0.57元。

亞信上半年營收為2.85億元，較去年同期下滑6.0%，毛利率為44.22%，較去年同期減少3.19個百分點，營業淨利為0.5億元，較去年同期下滑 3 成，營益率為17.47%，稅後淨利為0.49億元，較去年同期仍下滑27.6%，每股稅後盈餘為0.95元。

亞信預期第 1 季是全年營運最淡的一季，隨著新產品陸續出貨，營運表現可望逐步改善，預期下半年營運可優於上半年，其中USB 3.0 to Gigabit晶片，下半年可望對營收產生較為明顯的貢獻。

【綜合報導】香港食物安全中心抽查市面上133種食物、逾千個樣本，其中47%樣本經烹調後會釋出致癌物「丙烯酰胺」(Acrylamide)，攝取過量會產生神經系統的毒性作用。

會釋出「丙烯酰胺」的食物，以洋芋片、薯條最高，其次是炒蔬菜，包括翠玉瓜(西葫蘆)、洋蔥、蒜頭及燈籠椒等。研究指出，香港民眾每天膳食攝取到的「丙烯酰胺」，每公斤體重有 0.21微克，最高則到0.54微克，攝入量低於歐美國家。

香港食物安全中心表示，蔬菜經高溫及長時間的烹調，會釋出大量「丙烯酰胺」，但目前仍無人體攝入量的標準， 建議最好避免高溫及長時間烹調，炒菜前可以先川燙1分鐘，以及減少進食洋芋片、炸薯條等食品。

行政院長江宜樺下午宣布財政部政次曾銘宗升任金管會主委。曾銘宗下午接受記者電話訪問時謙虛表示，「任重道遠」，他會盡一切努力，善盡金融監理，讓金融業穩健發展。

曾銘宗說，他過去就曾任職金管會，這次等於是「回娘家」，上任後他會傾聽各界意見，多多溝通。

曾銘宗擔任國安基金執行秘書時，負責操盤國安基金，2008年金融海嘯期間，亞洲金融應聲倒地，國安基金卻逆勢上揚，一舉獲利新台幣337億元，成為曾銘宗的「操盤代表作」。

曾銘宗歷任合庫總經理、金管會銀行局副局長、金管會主任秘書、金管會檢查局長、財政部常務次長、政務次長。

新任金管會主委由財政部次長曾銘宗接任，行政院表示，曾銘宗曾有「最年輕銀行家」封號，是難能可貴的財金雙棲專才。

行政院長江宜樺下午召開記者會，宣布內閣人事異動，異動單位包括國防部、僑委會、退輔會、金管會、原民會、工程會等。

金融監督管理委員會主任委員由現任財政部政務次長兼代台灣金控暨台灣銀行董事長的曾銘宗接任，行政院表示，有「最年輕銀行家」封號的曾銘宗出身金融圈，出任財政部次長期間，負責盡職、表現亮眼，可說是難能可貴的財金雙棲專才；出任金管會主委一職，相信對於未來金融業務推廣有所助益。

曾銘宗擁有台北大學企業管理研究所博士學歷，曾擔任合作金庫銀行副總經理、合作金庫銀行總經理、行政院金管會綜合規劃處副處長、行政院金管會銀行局副局長、行政院金管會主任秘書、行政院金管會檢查局局長和財政部次長兼國安基金執行秘書，財金資歷相當完整。

在金管會擔任檢查局局長任內，曾銘宗督導金融檢查監理業務，查察諸多金融不法案件，對健全金融機構業務經營及維護金融秩序有助益。

另外，他在財政部次長兼任國安基金執行秘書期間，執行股市護盤工作，不僅達成穩定股市目標，且獲利高達新台幣337億元，對穩定股市及國庫收入均有重大貢獻。

【戴之聖／新北報導】新北市萬里區大鵬里的玉敕文武廟舉行一系列迎王船活動，今天下午開始長約36尺的王船在金山、萬里等地方遶境，到了晚上7時許王船到了萬里沙灘準備要燒王船，現場聚集約上千位信徒與攝影愛好者。
 
據廟方人員表示，此次燒王船活動是4百年來最盛大的一次，王船用易燃燒的材質做成，上面除了古船該有的設備外還有紙紮人在上面，工作人員先灑金紙在王船四周，接著在燒金紙，沒有5分鐘整艘王船就在烈火中燒完。
