狂犬病引爆搶打疫苗恐慌！被狗咬、遭貓抓，各地動物抓咬傷申請使用狂犬病疫苗案件數過去24小時之內一口氣爆增，100人湧入各大醫院要求打疫苗，是前一天的2倍之多。

被狗咬、遭貓抓，天啊，會不會得狂犬病？狂犬病疫情增溫，民眾也如驚弓之鳥，恐慌性搶打疫苗，各地動物抓咬傷申請使用狂犬病疫苗案件數一口氣爆增，過去24小時之內，就有100人湧入各大醫院要求打疫苗，是前一天的2倍之多，不過最後僅49人經審核有風險同意使用。全台9天以來，已累積245人遭抓咬傷。
農委會今（30）天再確診2隻鼬獾感染狂犬病，分別在南投縣仁愛、高雄市美濃被檢出；迄今全台已有6個縣市、12地區淪陷，共14例的鼬獾確診感染狂犬病。
值得注意的是，日前咬傷南投縣仁愛鄉一名9歲女童右腳趾的鼬獾，也在今天被確診感染狂犬病，衛生福利部疾病管制署副署長莊人祥表示，女童27日遭咬傷當天即施打狂犬病疫苗，檢驗結果出爐之後，為求安全起見，疾管署今天凌晨也已緊急送免疫球蛋白南下，供女童施打。
染毒鼬獾每日一爆，五都更有台中市、台南市以及高雄市相繼淪陷，造成民眾恐慌心理，草木皆兵，根據疾管署統計，過去24小時之內，全台就有100件動物抓咬傷申請使用狂犬病苗，比前一天49件多2倍，不過經審核，只有一半不到、49人真有風險、同意使用，其中17人是被鼬獾抓咬傷。
疾管署長張峰義也強調，迄今14例狂犬病例全是鼬獾，仍限於單一物種，且無證據有本土的貓狗被證實感染狂犬病，民眾無需過度恐慌，目前僅有被鼬獾或曾被鼬獾抓咬傷的流浪犬貓所傷的民眾，評估有風險；若是被沒有症狀的家貓、家犬抓咬傷，風險極低，並沒有必要施打疫苗。 (接下一頁)

大陸廣電總局7月26日召集九家衛視召開了內部工作會議，並對內公布了歌唱類選拔節目的最終調控結果，除了對數量、播出時段進行調控外，也重申今(2013)年各台一律不再投入製作新的歌唱選拔類節目，同時總局也要求各衛視對參賽選手，導師等做好把關和引導。

大陸廣電總局7月26日召集九家衛視召開了內部工作會議，並對內公布了歌唱類選拔節目的最終調控結果，除了對數量、播出時段進行調控外，在總局以『特急』的規格下發給所有衛視《關於進一步規範歌唱類選拔節目的通知》中，也重申今(2013)年各台一律不再投入製作新的歌唱選拔類節目，同時總局也要求各衛視對參賽選手，導師等做好把關和引導，針對引進國外節目模式的現象，總局要求衛視提高原創節目比重，對引進境外的節目模式要嚴格管理和調控。
根據金羊網報導，在通知的第三條中，特別提到了要對參賽選手、評委、嘉賓、主持人等做好把關和引導工作，『語言、行為、服飾等都應符合媒體格調，導師評委要加強點評的專業性和針對性，加重歌曲演唱和歌曲欣賞的基本知識講解，避免誇張作秀、互相惡搞以及不文明言談舉止，不能喧賓奪主，刻意製造噱頭和看點，使節目成為名人明星宣揚自我的舞台，要盡可能為愛好唱歌的普通群眾提供展示才藝和精神風貌的機會，不得為博眼球煽情作秀、誇張搞怪或渲染悲切情緒。』
同時針對今年很多衛視缺乏自主創新，跟風引進國外節目模式的現象，總局在這份通知的第四條也要求衛視要大力加強自主創新，『改變對引進節目模式的依賴心理，各播出機構要從資金、人員、機制上扶持節目研發創新工作，提高原創節目比重，對於上星綜合頻道原創節目，總局將予以優先備案、在各類評比評獎中給予傾斜，同時對引進境外節目模式節目將嚴格管理和調控。』

【綜合報導】白宮證實前總統吉米卡特(Jimmy Carter)，將前往北韓進行私人訪問，根據韓聯社報導指出，卡特前往北韓將協商釋放美國傳教士肯尼斯貝(Kenneth Bae)，北韓指控肯尼斯貝計畫推翻北韓，判他勞改15年。
不過根據華盛頓時報(The Washington Times)最新報導指出，吉米卡特發言人否認卡特有出訪北韓的計畫。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，身患罕見侏儒症的6歲倫敦女童哈莉·傑克遜與同齡好友站在一起時，只到好友的腰部。這位現實版的『拇指姑娘』住在經特殊改造過的房屋裡，只能穿2歲嬰孩的衣服，只有站在特製板凳上才夠得到水槽。據悉，哈莉一家將出席9月20日舉行的『Jeans for Genes Day』，以支援飽受遺傳疾病折磨的家庭。
根據環球網報導，即便如此，哈莉的父母仍以她為傲。母親卡琳娜稱，『盡管哈莉身材嬌小，但很有主見、意志堅定。她的胃很小，但食欲卻很好，最愛的是中式速食。』在卡琳娜懷孕7周時，醫生便發現了哈莉的異常。卡琳娜懷孕約22周時，嬰兒仍然很小，醫生便建議終止妊娠。但卡琳娜堅持生產。因為已經流產過一次的卡琳娜不願再次經歷喪子之痛。
2006年10月出生的哈莉體重只有4磅(約1.81千克)。出生5周後，哈莉才得以回家。醫生對哈莉進行了掃描和X光透視，均無法解釋她嬌小的原因。最終，哈莉被診斷患有罕見的羅素銀綜合症，即一種生長障礙疾病，每7.5萬新生兒中有一例。

【林師民/新竹報導】竹市科學園區旁民享街一間透天厝，今天凌晨零時二十分一樓突然起火，剛就寢的孫姓屋主夫婦聞到濃煙衝下樓查看，來不及撲救，打119求助，警消趕到，架梯攀爬，把逃到二樓陽台的屋主16歲兒子救出，他雙手輕微灼傷，送醫檢查無礙，火勢迅速撲滅，初步調查，應是一樓廚房烘碗機起火。
