（法新社耶路撒冷31日電） 以色列首席談判代表、司法部長李夫尼（Tzipi Livni）說，她為以國與巴勒斯坦的首輪直接和平會談「感到鼓舞」。在美國連月來的外交堅持努力下，以巴重啟已中斷3年的會談。

李夫尼在以色列軍事電台（Army Radio）今天清晨播出的訪問中說：「在首次會談之後...我感到鼓舞。這種事情會讓人興奮，也帶來希望。」

美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）29日、30日在華盛頓主持過雙方會談後，李夫尼和巴勒斯坦代表艾拉卡特（Saeb Erakat）同意，將目標訂在9個月內達成和平協議。

李夫尼說：「美國人數月來在我們和巴勒斯坦人之間穿梭，雙方沒有直接談判，因此如今重要的是開始談判。」李夫尼在總理尼坦雅胡（Benjamin Netanyahu）的右傾聯合政府擔任司法部長。

凱瑞身為國務卿的名聲，高度繫於一意追求中東和平協議。他說，所有爭議性核心議題都將提出討論。

李夫尼在昨晚錄製的訪談中說，當天稍早他獲邀前往白宮會見總統歐巴馬，是為了證明，凱瑞的作法並非他個人的主張。（譯者：中央社羅苑韶）

【劉榮輝／台南報導】台南市第一專勤隊昨天下午冒雨進入嘉義太平山區查緝逃逸外勞，外勞因雨躲在工寮內，警見機不可失，欲衝入逮人時，被工寮外看門狗擋道，警方當下心生一計，拿剛買雞排餵食誘離惡犬，才順利逮到2名逃逸外勞。
 
第一專勤隊隊長黃俊芳表示，日前受理民眾檢舉稱，在嘉義縣梅山鄉太平山區有數名疑似逃逸外勞，昨日下午由分隊長袁愷率領4位移民官，喬裝遊客前往查緝。因查緝時，太平山區雷雨不斷，外勞躲在茶園工寮避雨，查緝人員認為機不可失，欲衝入逮人時，卻發現有惡犬在工寮外看守，讓查緝人員當場傻眼。
 
為避免與惡犬正面衝突，而打草驚蛇，分隊長袁愷心生一計，拿出剛買的雞排，撕成數塊後餵狗誘離工寮，才讓4位移民官進入工寮，順利逮到印尼籍燕姓等2名外勞。
 
經查2名外勞，均受僱陳姓男子，平日在嘉義縣梅山鄉太平山區採茶及修剪茶樹，每日工資1000元。隊長黃俊芳特別呼籲雇主，千萬不要貪圖工資便宜，僱用逃逸外勞，否則一經查獲，依就業服務法規定，可裁罰新臺幣15萬至75萬罰鍰；5年內再犯，甚至可處3年以下有期徒刑。他也籲請民眾，踴躍檢舉非法雇主、非法仲介，檢舉電話06-2218230、2219459，以保障我國勞工就業權益。

男童失蹤後，搜救人員馬不停蹄搜索，且打開多個路面渠蓋，看看男童有否被沖進水渠中，結果經過一整晚的搜索，終於在地下水渠發現男童，他當時抓緊木條以免被沖走。男童浸在水中一段很長時間，救出時體溫已經偏低，而且佈滿蚊蟲叮咬傷痕，幸好送院搶救後情況穩定。

陳清河說，現在是一個求快求新的環境，科技變革則有助於訊息廣泛、快速、有深度的流通，他認為udn tv要更注意建立公信力以及對社會釋出善意，因為消費者最終重視的訊息本質，還是信任和對社會有利。

媒體面對科技和政策的變化，不要忘了媒體與社會彼此間還是相互依賴，不要為了求快和搶新，失去了信賴度。

陳繼業：找出獲利模式

陳繼業說，電視產業業者已經看到了新媒體、新載具和新科技對觀眾行為的重大改變，新科技一定會到來，但要投入多少、會何時回收，仍然困難重重，期待udn tv 也能堅持往此方向繼續投入。
