【陳建彰／台北報導】台股表現相對弱勢，全場維持盤下整理，儘管友達（2409）轉虧為盈，股價鎖漲停，但台積電（2330）、矽品（2325）、鴻海（2317）等電子權值股走弱拖累，指數下跌51.72點，收8056.22點，成交值730億元。
 
第一金投顧研究部副總陳奕光表示，近期上市公司法說會有好有壞，宏達電（2498）因為利空持續跌停，友達虧轉盈拉出漲停，預料短期內還是呈現個股表現，選股不選市。就整體指數來看，未來9個交易日後，季線將扣抵8439點前波高點，由於季線是這波重要支撐，因此，接下來指數若無法衝上8439點，短多格局可能轉空，是接下來須要留意的地方。
 
在選股上，他表示，近期外資大買金融股200多萬張，包括國泰金（2882）、富邦金（2881）、中信金（2891）等都是重點，如果大盤要往8439點邁進，金融股是衝鋒主力；另外，蘋果第4季推新機，供應鏈第3季開始拉貨，蘋概股也可留意，另1個重點族群則是生技股。

沈家民步出法警室見媒體拍攝，一路抱頭遮臉，聽到《蘋果》記者連問2次：「你有偷拍嗎？」竟以手中保特瓶罐朝記者怒摔，大喊：「並沒有！」沈母見狀，趕緊幫忙遮臉，護送兒搭計程車離去。
 
《壹週刊》曾報導沈家民狂追名媛吳玟萱，吳玟萱向媒體透露：「他是瘋狂的追求者，一天打十幾通電話給我，我不接的話，就傳簡訊給我，那陣子天天被他搞得快瘋掉。」

嘉義縣施姓老翁因有酗酒習慣，誤將農藥當作啤酒喝下去，送醫不治，檢警今天相驗，初步研判非自殺案件。

警方表示，住在大林鎮中林里的施姓老翁，於7月25日與友人聚會喝酒，於中午左右返家坐在屋外休息，其家人叫喚吃飯，老翁回應小憩一下，到了下午1時許，家人前往查看時，老翁躺在屋簷下，嘴角還滲出綠色不明液體，因呼叫不應，立即送醫急救。

老翁送醫急救，研判喝農藥（巴拉刈）造成，送加護病房治療，延至7月31日宣告不治；檢警上午相驗。

警方指出，死者幾乎天天喝酒，近來並無異狀、無輕生念頭，也沒有發現遺書，致命的巴拉刈是死者購買回家準備到農田除草，就放在屋簷下，與啤酒放在一起，研判當時死者返家已有醉意，當他在屋簷下休憩時，誤將巴拉刈當作啤酒而喪命，不過，啤酒罐與巴拉刈有大小差別，原因仍須進一步調查釐清。

【劉煥彥／台北報導】摩根投信執行董事兼台灣金磚基金經理人葉鴻儒表示，美國及日本是台灣第3大及第5大出口國。在美日經濟動能回春的帶動下，台灣企業獲利可望逐漸回升。摩根大通證券就預估，今明兩年台股企業獲利成長率將達48.8%與17.8%。
 
葉鴻儒指出，電子龍頭股對後市釋出保守展望，半導體族群走勢不樂觀，衝擊電子股短線表現，反觀非電族群獲利穩定，財務體質相對健全，股價續航力較佳，他持續看好在中國發展的金融股，以及深耕中國、具通路優勢的中國收成股。

扁漏尿 一天高達12次

〔記者蘇芳禾、侯柏青／台北報導〕民進黨立委陳亭妃昨召開記者會表示，接到前總統陳水扁之子陳致中的簡訊，告知扁每天從漏尿四至五次，到現在已經變成漏尿十二次，吃了兩個月泌尿科的藥都沒有好轉。台中監獄副典獄長趙崇智對此回應，將由中榮、中國附醫五位醫師聯合會診，用藥也將進行調整，近期會評估是否做ＭＲＩ（核磁共振）。

此外，台北地院今將開庭審理前總統陳水扁侵占機密公文案，但扁律師昨天下午傳真請假，合議庭認為，尚未接到扁的精神鑑定報告，加上請假時間過於緊迫，決定不准假，今將照常提訊扁出庭，盼由合議庭當面判斷他今後是否適合開庭。
