【劉煥彥／台北報導】摩根投信執行董事兼台灣金磚基金經理人葉鴻儒表示，美國及日本是台灣第3大及第5大出口國。在美日經濟動能回春的帶動下，台灣企業獲利可望逐漸回升。摩根大通證券就預估，今明兩年台股企業獲利成長率將達48.8%與17.8%。
 
葉鴻儒指出，電子龍頭股對後市釋出保守展望，半導體族群走勢不樂觀，衝擊電子股短線表現，反觀非電族群獲利穩定，財務體質相對健全，股價續航力較佳，他持續看好在中國發展的金融股，以及深耕中國、具通路優勢的中國收成股。

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】具照相功能的智慧手機不斷侵蝕相機市場，今年前5月全球數位相機出貨量銳減42%，日本大廠包括FUJIFILM、Panasonic、奧林巴斯（OLYMPUS）等，為因應市場變化，紛紛計劃削減低階產品線，持續朝高階市場移動。
 
據《華爾街日報》（Wall Street Journal）報導，Camera & Imaging Products Association所公布最新數據顯示，今年前5個月全球相機出貨量銳減42%，其中尤以普通數位相機（傻瓜相機）衝擊最大，部分相機大廠持續拓展高階相機市場以維持利基。
 
日本相機大廠佳能（Canon）上周以相機銷售不斷下滑為由，調降全年獲利前景10%，並在3個月內2度下修數位相機的預期銷量，凸顯相機大廠目前所面臨的困境。

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】爸爸節快到了，台中市牙醫師公會將在8月4日舉辦「口愛特攻隊暨八八護齒-全家歡樂嘉年華活動」，今天在台中市政府舉行活動前記者會，台中市牙醫師公會理事長張標能特別指出，近五年因冷飲與喝優酪乳養生的觀念，「飲料性蛀牙」情況嚴重，甚至年齡層嚴重下滑到小學生，所以活動中將特別加強「從小保護牙, 老來不缺牙」活動，除了呼籲喝完優酪乳等飲料至少喝五大口水漱口外，也應保持每三到六個月牙齒健檢一次，才能達到「從小護牙，老來不缺牙」的目標。

〔自由時報記者羅添斌、魏怡嘉、余瑞仁／綜合報導〕軍檢對洪仲丘案偵結起訴，並一一釐清外界疑點，但對於家屬質疑洪仲丘為何可在短短兩個小時完成體檢、又能三個小時後就取得報告，軍檢以軍醫院林姓護士非軍人，且體檢流程屬醫療行為，相關人員不具公務員身分，體格檢查分類表縱有偽造或變造行為及涉有罪嫌，軍事法院無審判權，應由司法機關追訴審判。

醫官是否疏失 送醫審會鑑定

軍檢並表示，洪家家屬已具狀向桃園地檢署提出告訴，軍檢將主動提供相關證據資料送該署參偵。

此外，前醫官呂孟穎雖未遭起訴，但軍檢認為洪仲丘送醫過程，救護車雖有閃燈但未鳴笛，加上送醫過程未能把握時效，其中是否涉有醫療疏失，將併送請行政院衛生福利部醫事審議委員會鑑定。

軍檢專案小組昨召開偵結起訴記者會，並針對洪案期間各界質疑重點一一說明釐清。

有關范佐憲究竟有無於營外不法兼營副業，軍檢表示，已依次查扣范佐憲家中及部隊相關物證，目前與桃園地檢署共同偵辦，未來依偵查所得，依法結案。

對於范佐憲等人是否送飲料賄賂醫院護士，讓洪仲丘體檢表快速取得？軍檢說，是醫院林姓護士自行訂購COCO飲料店手搖杯飲料九杯，其中兩杯招待陳、范二人，外傳陳、范二人至體檢中心拜訪護理人員時，手持兩袋飲料賄賂體檢中心人員一事，應屬誤會。

飲料店白衣男 比對非范佐憲

軍檢並指出，新聞畫面顯示的白衣男子與范佐憲相比對，兩人臉型輪廓及身形均不相符，白衣男子並非范佐憲。

至於洪仲丘的禁閉體檢表為什麼可以快速取得？軍檢表示，官兵體檢報告是在十四日內完成出具，並未規範最短時限，而證人等供述，均認為是基於部隊需求及服務部隊立場，可儘速完成報告或當日取得報告，「但此便宜作為，易肇生體檢報告偽造、錯誤或圖利疑義」，這部分已請國防部軍醫局通盤檢討。

軍檢說，有關禁閉（悔過）室監視錄影畫面檔案疑似遭刪部分，監視器錄影主機錄影檔案雖經鑑定未遭人為刪改，但是否其他人為因素所致，已移請桃檢偵辦。軍檢也指出，禁閉室外走廊設有監視器一個（即八號鏡頭）指向操課場地攝影。八號鏡頭自洪仲丘於六月廿八日進入禁閉（悔過）室迄七月三日，連續錄影畫面始終攝錄同一位置，並未遭到人為扳動調整。

桃檢查滅證案 洪家提補充狀

桃園地檢署昨也傳喚洪仲丘的家人，針對日前向檢方提告軍方涉嫌湮滅禁閉室影像，與洪仲丘體檢報告是否遭到人為介入而失真，洪家人向檢方提出證據補充狀與當庭陳述意見
