【綜合報導】洪仲丘家屬質疑遭不明人士電話監聽一事，台中市政府警察局今天下午由市刑大通訊監查中心派員帶著高科技儀器到洪家進行線路檢測，經檢測家中客廳及廚房40分鐘後，否認洪家電話線路受到監聽一事。

《壹電視》報導，洪家除了客廳訊號較為異常外，其餘正常，警方表示可能是電視台在採訪造成訊號異常，否認遭監聽。但洪姊洪慈庸受訪時表示，在調查中要監聽需要傳票或法院證明才能做，但仲丘案子特殊且層級較高，可能國安或國防系統無法調查，所以有沒有也不知道。

　　Ubisoft 今日公布《南方四賤客：真實之杖》（South Park： The Stick of Truth）最新遊戲畫面及中文字幕預告片，宣告同款遊戲將由 Ubisoft 在今年冬季隆重發行、登上 PS3、Xbox 360 與 PC 平台，踏上旅程找回失落的真實之杖。

　　動畫影集原創作者 Matt Stone 與 Trey Parker 共同攜手打造、曾推出《星際大戰舊共和武士 II：西斯大帝》、《絕冬城之夜 2》、《異塵餘生：新維加斯》等經典作品的 Obsidian Entertainment 研發製作，本作將由全球第三大遊戲發行商 Ubisoft 發行，為「南方四賤客」傳奇帶來全新的史詩故事。

國泰金(2882-TW)今(6)日發布2013年8月「金融情勢指數」暨「月GDP與經濟氣候」，歐美、中國金融情勢穩定，台灣景氣燈號亮綠燈，顯示景氣轉趨穩定，研判自8月起台灣經濟氣候可望維持「朗」，預估今年台灣經濟成長率「保3」的可能性不高，但「破2」的危機似已暫時解除。

國泰金表示，先前柏南克關於縮減QE的言論一度引發金融市場緊縮，目前市場普遍預期Fed最快可能在9月起緩步縮減QE，並可望在2014年6月前結束，但升息時點最快落在2015年，整體金融情勢已獲舒緩。

而歐洲部分，ECB總裁德拉吉表示，基準利率則表示有一段長時間維持於目前、甚至更低的水位，並盡可能把貨幣政策寬鬆的時間拉長。

中國在經歷過6月的資金緊迫狀況後，銀行間7天回購利率已自6月之高點回到正常水準，預期進入7月以後，資金面壓力將有所舒緩，配合第3季之央票到期資金增加，銀行間利率將可望回落。國泰金表示，在歐美、中國等主要經濟體金融情勢止穩後，近期台灣金融市場亦恢復平靜，並無太大波動。

台股雖在7月初歷經價跌量縮的短暫緊縮，全月平均日均量回到840億元以上水準，且指數也回到8100點以上水準。新台幣匯率在30元左右小幅震盪，銀行隔夜拆款利率亦維持在0.39%上下微幅波動。整體而言，7月份台灣的金融情勢指數仍處穩定區間。

然而，國泰金指出，民眾股市樂觀指數及風險偏好指數近期有下滑跡象，顯示民眾投資信心仍相當脆弱，不過Fed在近日最新公布的會議聲明中仍維持既有論調，並強調除重視失業率及通膨的發展外，也會視金融市場發展作政策因應的指引下，全球主要國家金融情勢可望維持穩中偏鬆的態勢，台灣金融市場應不致產生劇烈震盪，國泰金認為，短期金融情勢仍可望維持在穩定趨向寬鬆的狀態。

綠燈再現：景氣轉趨穩定

經建會於7月26日公布最新景氣概況，景氣對策信號擺脫連續9個月的黃藍燈狀態，在暌違22個月之後再現綠燈，符合國泰金前月新聞稿中經濟氣候可望轉「朗」的研判。

此外，領先指標綜合指數持續上揚至104.2，領先指標的7個構成項目經去除長期趨勢後，有5項較上月上升，而外銷訂單指數持續下滑，加上IMF在7月上旬再度下調全球及主要國家2013年的經濟成長率，亦符合國泰金對外需成長動能疲弱態勢之研判。

主計總處在7月31日公布第2季經濟成長率概估統計值為2.27%(略高於先前的預估值1.98%)，季節調整後的季增率不僅擺脫第1季的衰退(-0.69%)，且高於先前主計總處的預測值(0.31%)，達到0.59%，亦優於國泰金在6月的預測值(0.55%)，顯見在金融持續穩定的狀態下，經濟已有轉佳的跡象。

根據國泰台大產學合作計畫團隊依據「台灣月GDP與經濟氣候預測」模型所得到之最新結果，國泰金研判6、7月的經濟氣候可望轉「晴」，且研判自8月起經濟氣候可望維持在代表景氣穩定的「朗」。

展望未來，經濟氣候為「雨」的機率值均為零，且代表景氣穩定與加溫的「朗」與「晴」機率值合計值平均達72%以上，故國泰金相信未來經濟可望持續穩定改善。

雖然下半年台灣的經濟氣候可望轉佳，但成長動能不強，國泰金可能小幅上修2013年的經濟成長率，但是仍維持前月看法，認為今年台灣經濟成長率「保3」的可能性不高，但「破2」的危機似已暫時解除。

【陳瑩欣╱台北報導】中國信託銀行與政大商學院民意與市場調查研究中心今天首度公布，我國「台灣家庭理財行為調查」結果，顯示國人家庭理財的目的首重資產增值，家庭財富管理人以女性居多。整體而言，保險為投資人首選的理財工具，近7成受訪者考慮將財富留給下一代，移轉資產項目以「房屋、土地、生活需求資金」為主。
 
中國信託銀行客群經營處資深副總經理隋榮欣表示，國人重視家庭財富傳承，想要為下一代留下資產，卻不重視下一代理財觀念的養成；調查報告中僅有不到5成的受訪者，會教育子女理財觀念，且教導內容仍停留在「儲蓄」與「正確的消費觀念」等基本概念，意謂國人在理財教育上還需加強。
