財產留給下一代　中信銀調查以房子為主

【陳瑩欣╱台北報導】中國信託銀行與政大商學院民意與市場調查研究中心今天首度公布，我國「台灣家庭理財行為調查」結果，顯示國人家庭理財的目的首重資產增值，家庭財富管理人以女性居多。整體而言，保險為投資人首選的理財工具，近7成受訪者考慮將財富留給下一代，移轉資產項目以「房屋、土地、生活需求資金」為主。
 
中國信託銀行客群經營處資深副總經理隋榮欣表示，國人重視家庭財富傳承，想要為下一代留下資產，卻不重視下一代理財觀念的養成；調查報告中僅有不到5成的受訪者，會教育子女理財觀念，且教導內容仍停留在「儲蓄」與「正確的消費觀念」等基本概念，意謂國人在理財教育上還需加強。
