【綜合報導】由於今年4、5月間受到豪雨影響，梨山地區的蜜蘋果，普遍授粉不良，導致產量大減，其中，福壽山農場的產量，約僅剩5%左右。
 
根據「中央社」報導，和平地區種植蘋果樹有200多公頃，被豪雨所害的面積高達105公頃，平均損害程度約32%，農委會已公告，和平區是「農業天然災害救助辦法」中的「現金救助區」。
 
蘋果園災情最慘的，是福壽山農場，副場長楊正南說，今年因春季豪雨的影響，蘋果花嚴重授粉不良，造成產量銳減，原本1年可有約30萬斤、120萬顆蘋果的產量，今年剩不到5%。

美國賓州兩歲男童羅根．史蒂文生罹癌病重，他的父母特別提早婚期，趕在上週末舉行婚禮，讓羅根擔任伴郎見證這場喜事，他似乎已無牽掛，在昨天告別人世。

羅根．史蒂文生（Logan Stevenson）的母親克莉斯汀（Christine Swidorsky Stevenson）在她的臉書表示，羅根昨晚死在她的懷裡。她在臉書上說：「他現在和天使在一起，不再痛苦。」

美聯社報導，家族發言人強生（Sylvia Johnson）已證實此事。

史蒂文生夫婦原定明年7月才結婚，但上個月獲醫師告知，羅根恐怕只能再撐二至三週時間，他們希望愛子看見父母成婚，並在家庭合照留下身影，因此改變計畫，將婚禮大幅提前。此事吸引媒體廣泛注意。

婚禮3日下午在匹茲堡市郊的珍尼特市（Jeannette）舉行，母親克莉絲汀與父親西恩．史蒂文生（SeanStevenson）行禮的12分鐘期間，患有白血病與其他併發症的羅根站在祖母身邊。

婚禮進行時，羅根多半靠在祖母黛比．史蒂文生（Debbie Stevenson）的肩膀上，時睡時醒。

羅根2010年10月22日出生，一歲生日過後不久就被診斷出罹患急性骨髓性白血病。他患的是先天性再生障礙性貧血症（Fanconi anemia），這種罕見疾病常導致癌症。他在去年7月接受幹細胞移植治療，但病情不斷惡化，今年3月才接受手術，切除一個長瘤的腎臟。

洋基隊打完對教士隊3連戰後，今天轉戰芝加哥對決白襪隊，這是洋基巨星A-Rod復出大聯盟的日子，恐怕也是他禁賽的起點。

A-Rod已前往芝加哥和隊友會合，有消息指出，大聯盟官方已告知洋基；對涉入禁藥事件的A-Rod今起開始禁賽，直到明年球季結束，合計214場比賽。

大聯盟官方預定今天公布禁賽令，A-Rod有權提上訴，在判決結果未出爐前，仍可照常出賽；但官方表示，他若接受處分，禁賽時間就可縮短，如果申訴失敗，禁賽場次將拉長到後年球季。

洋基總教練吉拉迪表示，站在總教練的立場，今天會把他排進先發名單。

洋基昨天對教士之戰，先發投手休斯只投2.2局，失5分吞敗，戰績掉到4勝10敗，連兩季二位數敗投（去年13敗）；洋基終場3：6輸球，分區仍居第4。

【政治中心／台北報導】訴求反核四、反兩岸服貿協議的公投護台灣聯盟等獨派團體，昨天深夜結合陳為廷等學生衝進立法院，與警方發生激烈衝突，連立院正門的9面鐵欄杆都遭破壞。今天凌晨抗議民眾已全數被驅離，但警方仍派出上百名警力戒備，嚴陣以待。目前仍有部分抗議民眾不願散去，醞釀下一波抗議。

不只兩岸經濟交流持續推進，我國也積極「南進」，國合會正式成為我國「印尼摩若臺開發案」的執行機構，預計8月底前派遣兩位計劃經理分赴雅加達及摩若臺島進行細部規劃，以及和印方相關政府部門即執行機構建立溝通協調機制。國合會秘書長陶文隆評估，摩若臺島的經濟特區預計在未來一兩個月內就會規劃完成。

陶文隆表示，經濟特區一旦成立，未來能在摩若臺島上進行漁業、觀光活動，比如漁船停靠、漁產加工，或者開發潛水、珊瑚礁以及美軍二戰期間基地遺址的觀光產業，商機無限。

【張貴翔／新北報導】今天是洪仲丘告別式，馬總統上午到場弔唁，接著到洪家與家屬面對面溝通45分鐘，馬總統離去時洪仲丘舅舅胡世和提到家人全部遭人監聽，有人跟他密報他遭到保一總隊「身家調查」，上月28還有管區警員到新北市新莊的服飾店裡調查房東、負責人的資料，洪母希望總統可以保護洪家人的安全。

保一總隊副總隊長李漢卿表示，保一總隊任務在於保安警力的支援及訓練，關於刑事偵查部分並無介入也不是他們的權責，這是件有可能是誤會。新莊分局則表示，當時只是轄區派出所警員在做例行的「暫住人口清查」業務，並不是強制性的作身家調查，事前也不知店家事由洪舅所開設的，若造成洪家人誤解，則深感歉意。
