【潘志偉／新北報導】新北市永和分局執行「路潔專案」，要清除民眾厭惡的路障，同時規劃出汽機車停車格，4月初就邀集立委、議員與本轄62位里長進行協調，民眾得知可以增加停車格都相當贊成。

警方在4月底開始以各派出所轄區輪流執行，每1至2周執行1個里為原則，並會在執行清除路障時，到各里辦公處發放問卷調查表，讓民眾了解。目前已完成7個里，清除路障物件數達2089件，規劃汽機車停車格1403個，預計6個月將會完成62個里的「路潔專案」，希望可以美化市容並改善停車問題。

【蔡惠如／台北報導】下周二是七夕情人節，入口網站《yam蕃薯藤》今日公開17萬人次網友票選出的「全台必訪愛神廟&浪漫景點」，「愛神廟」由台北艋舺龍山寺奪冠，第2、3名為台北霞海城隍廟與宜蘭補天宮；最佳「浪漫景點」則由搶到「鴨鴨頭香」的高雄愛河真愛碼頭拿下，澎湖雙心石滬與花蓮七星潭列2、3名。

國民黨主席馬英九今天於中常會以「尊重法治，安定軍心」為題發表談話指出，洪仲丘案是非常不幸的事件，國軍要記取教訓，痛切改革，但也要穩定軍心、維護士氣。

他指出，已積極要求國防部及相關單位提出改革方案，除國防部針對軍中制度面的13項大改革外，立法院昨天也在國民黨團領導下通過軍事審判法「一次修法、分段實施」的修正案，有些條文訂定五個月的日出條款，讓法務部及司法院對於檢察署及法院規劃配套改革的完整方案。

他說，軍事審判法的修正涉及軍法體系存廢，是非常重大的改革，一方面要謹慎，一方面也不能有太久的拖延，過去司法院大法官會議已經有相關解釋來探討這個問題。

【綜合報導】法國西北部布列塔尼(Brittany)的雞蛋農家，為抗議當地雞蛋價格過低，昨日傍晚在當地稅務部門外，當場砸毀10萬顆雞蛋。

農家表示，由於政府當局要求他們在飼養過程中，符合動物福利，因此他們必須把雞籠加大，讓母雞吃得好、睡得好，如此一來，生產雞蛋的成本就會提高，但當局卻持續壓低雞蛋價格。

由於農家不滿政府未做蛋價調整，因此他們決定發起砸蛋運動，並指10萬顆蛋是當地雞蛋總產量的5%，還揚言若政府繼續壓制蛋價，就每天砸爛10萬顆蛋。
