【綜合報導】洪仲丘案3名被告，542旅前副旅長何江忠、前連長徐信正、前上士范佐憲羈押庭結束。軍高院合議庭合議庭下午4時25分裁定，何江忠50萬元交保，徐信正25萬元交保，范佐憲40萬元交保候傳，三人限制住居、出海，不得與其他被告串證，並且禁止進入542旅。

軍高院認為，何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲3人坦然面對案情，所以裁定交保。至於范佐憲雖然交保期間有回542旅，但調查後無串供之虞，所以裁定交保。

是這樣的，小弟到一家公司上班剛好一個多月了， 前幾天開會時，因為有請講師來公司幫全體員工做教育訓練 當中講師安排了情境要我們演示，比較資深的都推託不上台， 菜鳥我就被推上去了，結果課程結束之後老闆回來做ending， 老闆知道有安排演示就很驚訝，結果一問之下是我上台， 老闆直接在講師跟全部員工面前說：阿怎麼叫這種C咖的上台... 當下聽到心裡真的很難過，版上有人和我一樣遇到這種情況嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.231.13.88

3人考試放棄原住民可加分身份，棄建中、北一女而讀附中，老大王子恩說，從小受父親影響，認為附中是個學風自由又有趣的好學校，3人才「相約」繼續當同學。龍鳳胎父親則自信表示，孩子會自我督促讀書，「何必非要讀建中、北一女？附中一樣高手如雲！」

父親節先發登板，犀牛隊投手林晨樺昨天踏上台中洲際球場投手丘前，立下目標要拿勝投送給爸爸；儘管6局下遭遇亂流，但隊友打擊火力夠猛，犀牛隊仍以9：5屠象隊，林晨樺下半季終於開張，本季第11勝到手。

林晨樺上半季投出10勝，穩居全聯盟第1，下半季開打後陷入低潮，7月3場先發都吞敗，戰績掉到10勝5敗；昨天先發5.2局失4分（兩分自責），這是他在6月25日擊敗象隊後，等了1個半月再嘗到勝投滋味，仍然位居勝投王。

昨天賽前，林晨樺只領先猿隊洋投波拉斯1勝，有可能被追上；他在前五局有效封鎖象隊攻勢，只被揮出3支安打，唯一失分是5局上被王峻杰轟出陽春砲（生涯首轟），以7：1領先。

6局上，林晨樺被揮出4支安打、失3分，象隊追到只差3分，他退場時覺得壓力太大，回到場邊突然掉淚；這場久違的勝投，也讓波拉斯落後兩勝。

犀牛隊打線昨天力挺林晨樺，全場揮出12支安打，包括林瑋恩3局下陽春砲、4局下三壘打，生涯兩年首轟出爐，賽後獲選單場MVP。

象隊也是12安，但全場4次失誤損失慘重，算一算掉了4分，米吉亞先發6.1局失9分（5分自責），寫下本季單場失分新高，對犀牛隊吞下3連敗。

象隊苦吞5連敗，下半季排名雖居榜首，領先排名第2的犀牛隊只剩半場勝差，今天繼續在台中洲際球場對決獅隊，止敗任務交給老將林恩宇。
