【綜合報導】美國中部和東部地區一周來暴雨肆虐，導致多地洪水泛濫，科羅拉多州爆發山洪和泥石流，目前已經導致3人死亡，3人失蹤，至少3人受傷。

美國中部多州5日開始降下滂沱大雨，引發嚴重水災，大量房屋建築毀損，多條州際公路被迫關閉，搜救人員在齊腰深的水中協助居民轉移。進入緊急狀態的密蘇里州，7日徹夜降下254公厘雨量，一名60歲婦女駕車經過一座橋時被暴漲的河水連人帶車沖走而喪生。此外，一名4歲男童與母親也被大水沖走，男童的遺體最終在捲入水中的車中發現，當局出動大批警力和搜救犬，至今仍未找到他的母親。

位於科羅拉多州斯普林斯以西的小鎮曼尼圖9日突發山洪和泥石流，流速每小時30公里、高達3公尺的洪水摧毀了多處房屋，並將道路淹沒。一名53歲男子的屍體掩埋在一堆廢墟中，警方懷疑他在逃離時被暴漲的洪水淹死，至少有3人在水災中受傷送醫。曼尼圖地區由於去年遭受科州史上最大致命山火侵襲，燒焦的土壤無法吸收更多水分，使得該地區極易發生山洪和泥石流，奧克拉荷馬州、堪薩斯州、阿肯色州、密蘇里州以及南卡羅來納州，當地政府也由於河水漲至危險水位而發出洪水警報。

美國國家氣象局警告，儘管本周末科州的降雨可能會減弱，但未來48小時內，田納西河谷可能迎來風暴。密蘇里州和堪薩斯州的暴雨預計會持續到本周末，沿加斯科內德河的水位可能會高達創紀錄的水平。

【石明啟／桃園報導】觀音鄉一名有精神疾病的黃姓男子(36歲)，今天晚間酒後在房間抽煙不慎引發火警，火勢猛烈，消防隊據報衝入火場，發現黃男畏縮在屋內一角，緊急將他救出，黃男全身多處灼傷，緊急送往林口長庚醫院觀察，沒有生命危險。

警消調查，發現黃男房內床頭有香菸及煙灰缸，房間被大火燒得面目全非，家屬表示，黃男剛出院，且有喝酒、抽煙習慣，警消初判是抽煙引發火警，將進一步調查火災原因。

廠牌:acer 型號:v5-473G 購入日期:2013/07/20 (左右) 距上次使用正常時間:四天前在維修中心的時候˙__˙ OS版本: win8 平常作業內容: 上網 上BBS 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): 有線上還原 問題內容: 買了新電腦之後，第一次想要開開看視訊畫質如何 因為暫時沒有通訊軟體，就直接開acer crystal eye的程式 結果跑出來.....它說偵測不到任何網路攝影機@@ 有寫信問acer網路客服，他要我到裝置管理員找影像裝置看看， 但沒有找到影像裝置... 後來決定跑一趟維修中心，將問題告知後便離開準備等他電話連絡我取件 沒想到十分鐘不到工程師就打來了...他說 我的網路攝影機沒有問題，它一開始也沒看到 但看了裝置管理員是有的 然後就可以了 當下測試時也是看的到畫面的。 沒想到，當晚回到家，想說再試一次仔細看看，(中途沒關電腦，只有把螢幕蓋上休眠) 又找不到了..... 再次跑去裝置管理員看，還是沒看到 想要直接新增傳統硬體，但不知道他是哪個廠牌的鏡頭.... 想請問各位板友 是否有解決方法呢? 因為再兩三天就要出國了，如果在兩三天內無法解決，是否就要直接買一個視訊鏡頭呢QQ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.220.89

美國媒體指出，葛斯林很擔心喬治的身體，怕牠撐不到明年，因此不敢帶牠長途飛行到冰島，聽從女友伊娃曼德斯的建議，把喬治寄放在她的狗兒訓練師朋友米蘭家，消息人士指出，喬治不在身邊，他彷彿像失戀一樣心都快碎了，很很怕喬治會在他拍片這段期間往生，所以天天都透過Skype看牠、與牠說話。
