【王覺一／綜合報導】今天顯然不是大投手的日子，老虎賽揚投手韋蘭德(Justin Verlander)與史上救援王洋基守護神李維拉(Mariano Rivera)同日落難，兩人同樣都挨了2轟，韋蘭德幸運逃過敗投，李維拉則是連續3場救援失敗。不過洋基靠著賈納(Brett Garner)在9局下轟出再見全壘打，以5比4氣走老虎。
韋蘭德在2、4局分別被「A-Rod」羅德里格茲(Alex Rodriguez)與索瑞安諾(Alfonso Soriano)轟出陽春砲，6局還因不滿好壞球判決，被主審提出警告，最後撐滿7局失4分退場，投出9次三振。
李維拉在9局上4比2領先時登板，先後被卡布瑞拉(Miguel Cabrera)、馬丁尼茲(Victor Martinez)轟出陽春砲追平比數。卡布瑞拉在這次與洋基3連戰場場開轟，本季已36轟，前天也是在9局上轟出2分砲，重創李維拉。

台南高分檢檢察官黃朝貴昨天在臉書張貼「台北車站已被外勞攻陷」的照片，引發網友質疑有歧視之嫌；黃朝貴昨晚表示，絕無任何歧視之意，他只是看見火車站大廳擠滿外勞，連轉身都有困難，才以小市民的身分表示憂慮。
黃朝貴強調，台北車站是交通轉運的要地，不是讓群眾聚集與休息的地方；但外勞擠滿車站，用餐區一坐就好幾個小時，除影響其他乘客用餐，商家也不好做生意，權益誰去維護？
「給人家的感覺，就是亂七八糟，有礙瞻觀。」黃朝貴說，萬一不同國籍外勞發生衝突，警力如何維護大眾安全？
黃朝貴昨天與家人搭高鐵到台北，在台北車站看到大廳擠滿外勞，拍照貼上臉書：「台北車站已被外勞攻陷，吃飯、睡覺，野餐，擠滿車站，政府再不處理，不僅有礙觀瞻，也會出亂子。」
隨後文章被轉貼，引起網友不同看法，認為有歧視之嫌，但也有許多支持黃朝貴的聲音。黃朝貴獲知後也留言表示，「中午到台北車站，看到內外擠滿外勞，不是歧視啦，是擔心影響其他人進出，而且不同國籍也擔心會發生衝突。如果到現場看一下，就了解我的擔心，有人誤會了，請不要誤會。」
黃朝貴臉書吸引許多人按讚，有人說台北大安公園也淪陷，台南公園也如此。也有人表示，曾目睹「真的很誇張的紊亂場面，我能體會您所擔心的問題，政府再不處理總有一天肯定出亂子！」

這種「超級蜂蜜」是科學家利用生物工程研發而成，已在英國漢普郡的醫院試用了一年，成功治療阿富汗退役軍人、癌症病人、老人、孕婦和嬰兒的傷口。只要在病人的傷口或潰瘍上塗上這種蜂蜜，即使傷口受到麻煩的「抗藥性金黃葡萄球菌」感染，仍能在幾天內癒合，產婦剖腹分娩的傷口都能縮小一半。超級蜂蜜也可用來治療暗瘡、保護接受化療癌症病人的皮膚。
醫界向來愛用盤尼西林及抗生素處理傷口，微生物學家指出，手術蜂蜜的強項，在於能在殺菌同時又不破壞身體組織，相信會為傷口護理帶來革命性的改變。手術蜂蜜已獲英國藥物及保健產品管理局(MHRA)發給執照，但尚未正式銷售。

【賴德剛／美國舊金山報導】陳偉殷今天先發對巨人，前5局表現完美，僅被敲1支安打，但6局下突然出狀況，被敲出4支安打後丟3分退場，最後吞下本季第5敗，他説：「前5局他們抓我直球打，第6局改變策略，也變得有耐心一點，讓我自己的節奏有亂調。」
殷仔前5局，除第1局被第3棒貝爾特(Brandon Belt)敲安外，2到5局連續4個半局讓對手3上3下，沒想到第6局卻被對手敲出包含2支二壘安打在內的4支安打，一口氣掉3分。
陳偉殷坦承自己出了點小狀況，而且裁判在該局的好球帶對自己來說有些變，前5局壓低主審都會撿，但第6局就不見得相同，導致節奏跑掉，他説：「沒關係，下次再把自己的工作再做得更好一點。」
