【綜合報導】天然蜂蜜對人體好處多多，可以潤喉清熱、舒緩咳嗽，現在更有英國科學家研發出一種超級「手術蜂蜜」(Surgihoney)，可以快速治療傷口，甚至對抗頑劣的細菌都效果顯著。

這種「超級蜂蜜」是科學家利用生物工程研發而成，已在英國漢普郡的醫院試用了一年，成功治療阿富汗退役軍人、癌症病人、老人、孕婦和嬰兒的傷口。只要在病人的傷口或潰瘍上塗上這種蜂蜜，即使傷口受到麻煩的「抗藥性金黃葡萄球菌」感染，仍能在幾天內癒合，產婦剖腹分娩的傷口都能縮小一半。超級蜂蜜也可用來治療暗瘡、保護接受化療癌症病人的皮膚。

醫界向來愛用盤尼西林及抗生素處理傷口，微生物學家指出，手術蜂蜜的強項，在於能在殺菌同時又不破壞身體組織，相信會為傷口護理帶來革命性的改變。手術蜂蜜已獲英國藥物及保健產品管理局(MHRA)發給執照，但尚未正式銷售。

【王文傑／花蓮報導】吉安鄉勝安宮內供奉月下老人與註生娘娘，今上午辦七夕紅娘牽紅線活動，有7女、22男報名配對，希望能在佳節前夕締結良緣。找良緣的 女方帶上面具、捧著繡球將紅線從二樓拋下，再由男子拉紅線配對，過程間一名26歲張姓女子居然錯點鴛鴦配到自己的親弟弟，她一見弟弟拉住紅線，立即嬌嗔地 向宮方抗議說：「再來一次嘛」，事後配對成功又開心說：「隨緣啦」。
 
勝安宮主委吳東明表示，情人節前夕舉辦應景活動，大家玩得開心就好，7名配對成功的佳偶日後若結為連理，宮方會在宮內為兩人舉辦婚禮，熱鬧一下。

南投縣鼬獾染狂犬病10日再增3例，其中，包括魚池鄉頭社村咬傷婦人的鼬獾，全縣累計9鄉鎮20例確診，被咬傷的婦人家屬聞訊，都笑不出了，但諷刺的是還有鄉下人不清楚狂犬病疫情在鼬獾身上爆發。

魚池鄉頭社村日前被鼬獾咬傷的黃姓婦人，10日不在家，但他先生接獲村長通知咬人的鼬獾驗有狂犬病陽性反應時說，「怎會這樣，我太太被咬後就送醫打預防針，至今人尚健康沒有副作用，老天保佑，希望會沒有事情。」婦人的鄰居則嚇得臉都綠了。

南投縣家畜疾病防治所指出，行政院農業委員會動植物防疫檢疫局昨天新公布南投縣3例鼬獾狂犬病，檢體分別來自魚池鄉頭社村、竹山鎮中坑路及仁愛鄉新生村。

南投縣20例鼬獾狂犬病確診案例，分別是魚池鄉4例、仁愛鄉3例、國姓鄉3例、信義鄉2例、鹿谷鄉2例、埔里鎮2例、竹山鎮2例、水里鄉1例、草屯鎮1例。分布的行政區仍維持9鄉鎮。
