【李姿慧／台北報導】高鐵票價費率10月1日起將調漲9.69%，北高單程從1490元漲到1630元，來回大漲280元，票價方案已送交通部備查，預計月底或下月初公告。交通部今上午表示，雖尊重高鐵調漲案，但將去文要求高鐵，希望恢復2010年7月取消的藍橘雙色優惠，再推超離峰橘色班次65折、次離峰藍色班次85折，讓高鐵班次天天都有優惠外，現有的通勤票包括定期票和回數票，應維持原價不能漲，另建議現行的65折早鳥優惠座位數也該增加，減少調漲後對民眾的衝擊。  

台灣高鐵表示，針對交通部的建議將會納入整體評估，促銷方案出爐後將會盡速與票價調漲案一同公布。

標題[請益] 有收購名牌包包的店嗎?(poter)

今年3月閃光去日本帶回了一個poter電腦包 可是PO拍賣了一直都乏人問津 我覺得是因為網路上很多仿POTER 人家會怕買到假貨 加上那款台灣也沒有 所以更難判斷他是正品 所以想請問中永和哪裡有收購這種包包的店呢 ? 想拿去估價看看 畢竟專業的應該比較看得出來作工等等都是正品等級這類的 (還是我根本在作夢 XD) 包包原價大約8000出頭 想請問這種包包有地方可以收購嗎 > ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.193.35.171

【陳韋劭／新北報導】新北市消防局今晚7時許接獲1名林姓男子報案，指出他在鶯歌火車站內身體不適需救護車送醫，警消人員派車抵達現場後，卻遍尋不著報案的林男，致電給林男又遭惡意掛斷，沒多久林男又打119報案，讓警消人員來回疲於奔命卻都找不到人。
 
警消人員查詢林男報案紀錄後發現，近5年來林男總共撥打了騷擾、謊報電話共98件，警消人員認為此舉不容姑息，依據消防法令派人前往林男住處開立舉發單，雖然家屬表示林男患有精神疾病，但警消仍將依法裁罰3000元到15000元不等罰緩。

【綜合報導】加拿大一名華裔男嬰在今年2月，雙耳遭人灌入膠水，其嬰兒汽車座位更被人插針，懷疑是舅媽忌妒所為，該案在日前進行審理。

據了解，這名38歲王姓舅媽被男嬰家屬懷疑因為沒有生兒子，看到當時才7周大的男嬰，就燃起忌妒心，對男嬰的雙耳灌膠水。當天男嬰不斷哭泣，引起家人注意，才發現男嬰的雙耳和頭髮邊際都是膠水，緊急送醫急救。

不過王姓女子表示，自己現在和2名女兒過得很好，否認虐待男嬰。全案仍在審理中。
