【翁琬柔／綜合報導】傑尼斯偶像團體「嵐」人氣無法擋，日本電視台今夏舉行「汐博2013」活動，特地在活動會場搶先販賣「嵐」將在9月舉行的演唱會周邊產品，許多粉絲擔心9月買不到，紛紛到場排隊大量購買，買完之後再到郵局寄宅配，擠爆電視台周邊的郵局，惹來民怨。

「嵐」將在9月21、22日舉辦「ARAFES 2013」演唱會，預計會有超過10萬名粉絲到場追星，也讓許多歌迷擔心買不到週邊商品，只好花時間先到「汐博2013」活動現場排隊購買，沒想到大量人潮竟惹來民怨，郵局也已經特別加派人手，到活動現場設置特別窗口，讓歌迷可以當場使用宅急便，疏散人潮。

【綜合報導】新北市新店區今天上午10時許，民眾報案發現1間工廠有黑煙冒出，趕緊報警求救，消防車趕到現場後佈水線射水搶救。

警消表示，現場為1樓鐵皮屋工廠，燃燒面積約 1平方公尺，燒毀1具工作機台，所幸現場無人傷亡，警消也將調查起火原因。

航警局台北分局17日逮捕涉嫌連續在機場扒竊的大陸廣西籍周姓男子；周被控至少犯下今年松山機場第一航廈計程車上車處、中華電信櫃台和捷運松山機場站，3起日籍旅客遭扒竊案。

警方是根據監視器畫面，查出有23次來台紀錄的43歲周男涉有重嫌；周昨天再度以健檢名義來台，在香港轉機後從桃園機場入境。17日中午周又出現在松山機場內，疑似企圖再犯案，被警方聲請拘票逮捕。周否認警方一切指控。

軍事審判法修正後世紀大移監昨天完成，台北監獄收容的5名將官一夜好眠，進食正常。台北監獄說，將官們在監服刑，卻保有軍人風格，服從性強，有人已上了年紀，但沒有特殊健康因素請求看診或投藥，適應力比一般受刑人好。

5名前國軍將領度過移轉台北監獄的第一晚。北監今天表示，可以看出受刑人的軍人性格，適應良好，不容易看出情緒波動。

軍審修法新制昨天上路，國防部與法務部昨天執行史上最大規模的軍事犯移監。

5名前國軍將領在台北監獄度過移監後的第1晚，台北監獄秘書楊方彥今天上午接受採訪時表示，5名受刑人昨天被安排在2人房，為了讓他們適應環境，北監分別安排與另外一名犯罪情節較低、獄中表現良好的收容人同在一房。

北監說，除了前將領受刑人外，也有其他軍事受刑人被安排在2人或5到8人房的房舍內，所有軍事受刑人也都不在同一房舍內。所有軍事受刑人上午6時30分起床，陸續完成盥洗、吃早餐，上午早餐為稀飯、小菜、饅頭。

楊方彥說，受刑人情緒平穩，睡得很平穩，「可以看出受刑人的軍人性格，適應良好」，不容易看出情緒波動。

北監表示，依規定，軍事受刑人從昨天移監開始，就可以會客，但是今天上午並沒有受刑人家屬前往。

北監表示，新收容的軍事受刑人先留置在新收中心的考核房，最近會安排各項心理輔導，原則上1到2週內配置新的房舍。
