【綜合報導】台北市警察局萬華分局查獲一個性愛毒品派對，在長沙街1棟豪宅套房裡逮捕4男5女，其中1人竟然是前黑澀會妹妹「佳佳」陳佳佳。

根據《自由時報》報導，警方破門時，屋內不僅各式毒品琳琅滿目，跳蛋、按摩棒等情趣用品更是一應俱全，5名被捕女子都是穿著火辣的正妹，其中一人更是前黑澀會妹妹「佳佳」陳佳佳，預計警方今天將繼續偵訊。

疫情指揮中心：試驗兩階段 先鼠後犬

因應國內鼬獾染狂犬病疫情，狂犬病中央流行疫情指揮中心今天表示，決定進行動物試驗，瞭解病毒對犬隻的感染力。農委會表示，將規畫兩階段實施，先以鼠進行病毒試驗，再依感染情況評估，是否進行第二階段犬隻試驗。同時鼬獾也需要進行病毒試驗，瞭解疫苗保護力等資訊，幫助後續擬定防疫策略。

指揮中心今天表示，過去一天沒有檢測出新增動物感染狂犬病病例，統計截至目前為止，共檢測野生動物381例，其中89例鼬獾確認染病，感染物種以鼬獾為主，另外有一例錢鼠，疫情發生區維持九縣市42鄉鎮。

農委會家畜衛生試驗所所長蔡向榮表示，目前病毒基因定序已全部完成，剩餘部份資訊將於本周上網公告。結果顯示，國內鼬獾狂犬病病毒已形成獨立分群，但除了基因形態外，仍需要瞭解病毒的實際表現，以及其他物種感染情形。將進行兩階段的動物試驗，先以鼠類試驗，再評估是否執行犬類試驗，同時也要進行鼬獾的動物試驗。

中興大學受醫病理生物學研究所副教授林正忠說，狂犬病從鼬獾感染到人，最有可能的途徑就是經由犬隻，必須瞭解牠的整體變化，包含潛伏期、狂躁期以及麻痺期等顯現，需要實驗結果來為防疫策略進行定位。

前幾天逛中原夜市 目的:買皮鞋(紳士皮鞋) 地點:(抱歉我不會畫圖,我用敘述的) 1.中原校門口出來,7-11左轉"實踐路" 2.直走第一個十字路口右轉"日新路" 3.直走沒多久後,左邊第一條巷子進去"三和三街" 4.就在查理國王隔壁幾家的韓系服飾店(有超大片落地玻璃) 之前聽朋友介紹他們的皮鞋不錯 於是當天就去看看 剛到的時候是一位男性員工幫我介紹 (前面對話我就不多說了,我簡略說後段) 員工:你的預算大概多少 我 :2000左右 員工:那你要不要考慮一下基本款 我 :可是這雙的型看起來還好 (我立馬就看上另一雙進階款的,拿起來看了一下覺得不錯) 這一雙多少 員工:這一款3000,我們家的皮鞋是跟廠商合作,直接以"網路價"在販售 我 :網路價????? (OS是這家店也有再做網拍嗎???我會這樣想的原因是,之前在台中常逛的服飾店 就是如此經營) 所以你們的東西在網路上也找的到嗎?? 此時,坐在旁邊一直跟女性員工在談事情的老闆突然插嘴 老闆:現在可以立刻開給你看,而且很多髮型設計師都來跟我們買皮鞋,買了一雙接著一雙 (此時他就打開他筆電給我看一堆照片) 你看,這些都是附近的設計師,另外這些都是熟客 還有很多媽嗎帶兒子過來改造 你看看,這些是改造前,這些是改造後.....(講了一堆他們花了幾萬又幾千) 結論就是 "這些人都是相信我們的專業眼光才會一直再來,怎樣搭配才叫好看,你要相信我們, 所以你的自我主觀意識不要太強,我以前買衣服也是跟你一樣自我主觀意識太強, 都不相信店員,所以衣服都亂穿,現在外面很多人也像你這樣,所以造就現在滿街 都是這樣(亂穿),而且因為你沒買過皮鞋,第一次買就先買基本款就好,買了進階 款的回去不會搭配反而浪費" 我 :(我聽他講完那些"自我感覺太良好"的一長串話後,我其實有點不悅) 可是我沒有要大改造,我只想買皮鞋 老闆:我沒說你必須大改造阿!!!我是說"你要相信我們的專業"(又是這句屁話) 而且你預算2千太低了,你要拉高到2500(因為基本款2500) 我 :可是基本款我覺得還好 老闆:不然XXX(男性店員),你去對面找庫存的零碼鞋給他,看他有沒有喜歡的, 我們能便宜就便宜賣給你,或是你去對面看合成皮的皮鞋,那1000多就有了 (講完立馬轉頭問女店員,把我冷落在旁) 你覺得我剛剛說的怎樣,對於我剛剛講的你有沒有想說的 我 :(OS現在是3歲小孩自以為吵架吵贏,在擺態嗎????轉頭走人) 員工:(尷尬的問) 需要我帶你看其他款式嗎??? 我 :(我看他從頭到尾都很客氣也沒惹我,於是還是假笑的說) 不用了,謝謝!! 最後我想說的是 1.我那天白天去學校運動,所以穿休閒短褲,但至少不是穿拖鞋+球褲,應該還算得體. 老闆可能因為我穿愛迪達的鞋子,就"自我主觀意識太強"的認為我不懂怎麼搭韓系服飾, 所以用半強迫推銷的方式,硬要我先買我看不上眼又接近我預算的的基本款, 這種"自以為是,以貌取人,先入為主,以成交為目的"的服務方式,真是低劣 2.我從頭到尾都沒殺價,也沒試穿.我不懂哪造成店家困擾,老闆需要這樣勢力 3.就算是我預算偏低,老闆應該也沒必要用那種"狗眼看人低"的態度跟客人說話吧!!! 4.以前在台中讀書開始買韓系服飾時,桃園還沒半家在賣,別搞的只有你們賣衣服的才 懂得穿搭,再說我也不算外行人,中壢哪些店家賣正韓貨,哪些賣co版的,我很清楚 5.老闆講"你要相信我們的專業"這句話,從頭到尾至少10次以上,我聽到很刺耳, 因為我一直都認為,買東西就是自己開心最重要,適不適合也只有自己最清楚,難到我買 皮鞋不能穿柏肯,逛運動用品店不能穿皮鞋嗎???那雙進階版的皮鞋我穿不穿的起來, 我自己很清楚 6.不知道有沒有其他網友去過那家店,也遇過類似的狀況,到底是老闆本身就太自以為是, 還是那天剛好"大姨丈"造訪他,我剛好碰到而已 我們雖然不在台北,但也即將成為直轄市,沒必要容忍這些沒水準服務的店家 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.230.103.192

印度＝亞洲病夫，盧比匯價連續3天創歷史新低

華爾街日報(WSJ)19日引述印度政府官員談話報導，印度已決定自8月26日起禁止個人攜帶免稅電視機入境、希望藉此協助縮小經常帳赤字。印度目前允許在海外停留超過3夜的個人在搭機入境時攜帶價值不超過35,000印度盧比(相當於553美元)的免稅電視機。不過，自8月26日起無論電視機價值高低，帶機入境的印度人除了將遭到罰款處罰外、還得再支付35%的稅金。

這位不具名官員指出，透過航空公司貨機運送回國的電視機將不受影響、依舊支付28%左右的稅金。根據印度電子製造產業協會的估計，印度人每年進口約100萬台電視機，這些貨品多數是自泰國、杜拜、新加坡。印度政府近來採取包括調高黃金進口稅、允許銀行業提高外幣存款利率等多項穩定匯市措施，但到目前為止都還沒有看見成效。WSJ 1月7日報導，印度目前經常帳赤字的罪魁禍首是進口原油，但預估到2020年將被進口電子產品(註：預估屆時將達3千億美元)所取代。

紐約時報18日報導，IHS Global Insight亞太首席經濟學家Rajiv Biswas形容印度現在是「亞洲病夫(The Sick Man of Asia)」、目前正身陷危機。

英國金融時報報導，根據美國資訊技術產業理事會(Information Technology Industry Council)會長Dean Garfield 3月13日在美國眾議院歲入委員會貿易小組提出的證詞，印度政府準備推行的優先市場開放措施(PMA)要求當地銷售的資訊科技產品必須是在當地製造。美國資訊技術產業理事會是代表蘋果(Apple Inc.)、谷歌(Google Inc.)、惠普(HP)等矽谷公司的遊說團體。

嘉實XQ全球贏家系統的報價顯示，截至台北時間20日下午1時11分為止，美元兌印度盧比升值0.92%至63.710；稍早最高升至64.083、連續第3個交易日創歷史新高。今年迄今美元兌印度盧比升值超過16%。
