【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】利用舊宿舍群打造的彰化縣鹿港鎮桂花巷藝術村，開放藝術家申請駐村創作、擺設作品，半年評選一次，鹿港鎮公所上週六公告入選名單，卻因更換的比例過高達五成引爭議，原本駐村的10個藝術團體和個人被刪掉4個、1個「備取」，也被質疑中國藝術家進駐排擠本土藝術。

鹿港傳藝聯合工作坊工藝師們這兩天開始打包；花獅工藝家施順榮說，以往都只有換掉1、2個，尤其鹿港傳藝為藝術村付出很多，如裝置藝術與壁畫等構想，卻被列入備取，很失落但坦然。愚魚坊的畫家陳聰景說，對鹿港小鎮有很多不捨，但換個地方應可激發不一樣的創意。

鹿港鎮公所主秘林威任說，徵選委員都是一時之選，有中興大學與彰化師大教授，也有在地的藝術家，入選者9月1日到明年2月底進駐，甄選原擬10人，因大家很優秀增額2名，因公告新聞稿中「增額」寫成「備取」引起誤會，已致電施順榮希望鹿港傳藝留下來，增加中國藝術家則是希望增加藝術多元性。

入選名單為廖迎晰、何劍、A7958當代藝術、房耀忠、鹿江書畫工作室、施竣雄、蘇施麗花、鹿藝會、鄧漢聰、財團法人鹿江文化藝術基金會；增額名單為黃朱平、鹿港傳藝聯合工坊。

國人健檢 甲狀腺體積變大

台大醫學院內科教授張天鈞調查近五千人的健檢資料發現，受檢者甲狀腺體積中位數從二○○九年的十西西，上升到去年的十三點九五，短短四年就變成一點三倍。

因甲狀腺體積與碘的營養攝取有密切關係，這現象應與碘攝取量不足有關。

台大代謝內分泌科醫師王治元也表示，近十年來國人的甲狀腺體積有變大趨勢，門診經驗，過去每百人頸部觸診，約有十人可摸到甲狀腺腫大，屬於第一期外表看不出來，但甲狀腺已腫大的患者。

不過，這十年來，平均每百人約有卅人被檢出脖子腫大，或有增生組織結節；除了儀器精進讓篩檢率提高外，還與國人的碘攝取量不足有關。

尿碘調查 年齡愈大愈不足

另外，陽明大學內科副教授鄧錦泉分析二○○四年到二○○九年台灣加入WTO後，十九歲以上成人碘營養狀況也發現，國人尿液中碘含量的中位數為九十九點六（微克／升），但世界衛生組織（WHO）定義尿碘的中位數標準值，碘營養充足應介於一百至一百九十九，若九十九以下就屬碘不足，台灣僅低空通過標準值的最低門檻。

進一步分析，女性的尿碘中位數僅九十八（微克／升），屬於碘輕度不足；且尿碘中位數也隨著年齡增加而下降，尤其五十歲以上女性及六十歲以上男性，都是碘輕微不足族群。

進口未加碘鹽 攝取量漸下降

鄧錦泉說，台灣自二○○四年開放未加碘的鹽類進口後，國人碘攝取量明顯下降，尿碘中位數從二○○四年的一百廿三（微克／升），一口氣降至二○○九年的九十九點六。

鄧錦泉說，政府若未制定相關政策，讓國人的碘攝取量退回七十年前，可能影響民眾智力發展，增加甲狀腺疾病發生機會。

小吃攤省錢 用大陸不含碘鹽

專家也說，部分小吃攤商為節省成本，使用大陸生產的不含碘鹽，國內外食人口多，可能也是民眾碘不足原因之一。
