| 海灣國家保險滲透率仍低 具重大增長潛力

 《Arab News》8月19日報導，科威特金融中心（Kuwait Financial Centre）最新報告指出，海灣合作理事會（Gulf Cooperation Council, GCC）成員國的保險市場具有重大增長潛力。截至2012年底，海灣國家的保費收入為163億美元，壽險與產險的市場份額分別為21.85億美元與141億美元，保險滲透率（保險費收入與國內生產總額之比值）僅為1.14%，遠低於全球平均的6.5%。報告預估，至2015年底，海灣國家的保險市場將增長至280億美元規模，至2017年將達到400億美元。
報告指出，海灣國家的保險滲透率雖然仍遠低於全球的平均值，但近年其保險市場的增長迅速，2006至2012年期間的年均複合增長率約達到18%，反觀同期全球保險市場的年均增長僅4.37%。該區保險市場的增長主要受到收入提高、外來人口增加、保險認知普及，以及政府政策鼓勵等因素的帶動。海灣國家的保險市場主要集中于產險，佔有87%的市場份額，主要受到大型建設、能源工廠以及該區企業的擴張等帶動；壽險所佔份額較小，人民主要仍仰賴政府所提供的退休基金。
根據卡達金融中心管理局（Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority）的報告，過去10-12年來海灣國家的經濟成長迅速，自1998年以來，該區實質國內生產總值（GDP）年均增長率達到5.2%，累計GDP已經擴增65%。海灣國家強勁的經濟成長已經吸引了全球的目光，此不僅集中在石油與天然氣的出口，也包括了大型基礎建設項目的投資，還有旅遊與金融服務部門的增長等。此外，鑑於美國的經濟成長放緩，海灣國家也多元化其資產投資，遍及亞洲、非洲並增加了對海灣國家區內的投資。

| 上海新「蟻族」苦撐 月入3000元不夠群租

【大紀元2013年08月19日訊】近年來，到北京、上海等一線大城市求職的大學畢業生們，往往落戶群租屋，在狹小的空間內拚搏生活，被稱之為「大學生蟻族」。然而，在上海的多個大學生求職公寓裡，有不少已經找到工作的大學畢業生，生活在更小的空間，他們戲稱自己是新「蟻族」。
據大陸媒體報導，滬上求職公寓多分佈在上海火車站、上海南站附近。在石龍路上，一家由倉庫改建的求職公寓，中間一條長長的過道，兩側20餘間房，窗戶向著過道，沒有外窗。一間男生8人間，20平方米左右，四張床，上下舖，一張桌子8個櫃子，就是全部的家具。
無奈當「蟻族」
畢業於江蘇一所大學的計算機專業小李，在這樣的生活環境已居住了半年多，來上海打拚兩年多，找過好幾份工作，對於在上海找個棲身之所，小李很感慨，「群租屋也租不起啊，起碼1,000多元，我的工資才不到3,000元，每月生活費至少1,500元，還得向農村的家裡寄錢，怎麼租啊？只有在這裡當新「蟻族」了。」
小李說，在求職公寓裡，每人的私人空間不會超過3平方米；每個樓層，用於淋浴的裝置只有4個，而這裡住滿時多達200餘人，即使是錯時，洗澡也得排隊半個小時。說到這，小李用手指敲敲牆壁，「是木板隔的，隔音很差，旁邊房間有人起個身，都聽得見。」小李說：「但這裡便宜，每張舖一天19元！」
求職也艱辛
晚上10時，小項回來了，他是安徽人，但一開口卻帶著明顯的上海味道。原來他是上海師範大學的畢業生，大三時就開始在民生銀行實習，期望著一年以後可以轉正，但是前不久他卻離開了銀行。「領導把我調到了電子管理部門，可我擅長的是交易鏈，既然不能做自己喜歡的事情，呆下去也沒前途。」小項的解釋露出些無奈。
小項辭職後無力再負擔之前租著的小單間，一個月1200元的房租，對於已經失業的小項是近一個月的生活費，他意識到要找便宜的地方住了。前天起，小項住進了求職公寓，並交了一週的租金，「我已經陸續遞了幾份簡歷，但都不太合適。找到工作前，最起碼也要在這裡住上一兩個月吧。」
夢悄悄幻滅
在求職公寓當新「蟻族」的還有許多女生，與男生相比，這麼小的空間和環境對她們而言，更是一種考驗。小王在黑龍江某大學讀了四年的服裝設計專業，來上海前，她認為將來的日子就是做個典型的都市白領，上班、聚會、夜生活，但在四處打聽房子的過程中，小王的夢一點一點幻滅了—「最便宜的也要1000多元，還是幾個人合租。」不得已，小王只能來到求職公寓，擠進8個人的房間，「一開始不適應，一點私人空間都沒有，感覺很壓抑。」
目前小王忙於穿梭各家公司的面試。現在的她還是嚮往做個白領：租個小單間，下班後躺在沙發裡，吹吹空調，看看電視。小王的夢想聽起來很簡單，但現實並不允許她有太多做夢的時間。「如果一兩個月搬不出去，我就打算回去了，待下去也是浪費時間和金錢。」
小王說：「媒體老說大學生收入要求高，可現實是，我們的要求一點也不高。在上海，若月收入3000元，外地人只能當這樣的新'蟻族'；到了5000元，才有資格搬進群租屋，至於買房，可能是個永遠的夢。」

【戴之聖／基隆報導】為了今天的基隆中元祭放水燈遊行，主辦的謝姓宗親會特邀三軍儀隊前來基隆演出，昨天凌晨零時許趁人車較少時，2百位儀隊成員在海洋廣場彩排，只見他們一邊拋槍一邊變換隊形，立即吸引許多好奇民眾圍觀。主辦單位表示，三軍儀隊都在中正紀念堂演出，這是儀隊首次到基隆並在馬路上表演，肯定更加氣勢磅礡。
