【李卉婷／屏東報導】恆春籍蔡田號膠筏在台菲重疊海域作業，船長蔡波(53歲)遭到菲律賓的挾持進入菲國，妻子施麗華稍早與先生蔡波通電話，蔡波電話中稱，當時定位系統有故障，但研判所處位置並沒有越界。
 
蔡波還說，睡只能睡椅子、吃的東西也很差，菲律賓押解的過程中還跌倒，雙腳、脊椎都有受傷的情況，「很不舒服」。
 
17歲的大兒子擔心父親的安危向校方請假，3歲的小兒子不知道發生什麼事，依偎在母親的懷中，默默無語。船長蔡波的大姐燒香祈福說，「菲律賓真的很惡毒。」祈求上天能趕緊讓船長人船平安回到台灣。

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】在亞洲貨幣回穩下，亞洲股市午盤小漲，表徵亞股整體行情的MSCI亞太指數上漲0.2%，連續第6個交易日走揚。
 
印度股市在印度央行昨晚祭出多項穩定措施下，今漲逾2%，在亞洲各國股市中表現最強，香港、新加坡也漲逾1%，南韓、泰國漲幅則近1%，惟中國、澳洲、紐西蘭、菲律賓小跌。

標題[問題] 近期添購新車請益

各位版上的先進大家好 家中的老車壓縮機壞了~ 考量維修價格及耗油程度等問題 因此決定要添購新車 但本身對於車子真的是一無所知 惡補了一下功課之後 目前暫定買版上大家推崇的神a 小弟有幾個疑問想請教 1.購車資金為家中出，大概是60~90萬左右的車款都ok， 不考慮休旅車型的前提，請問還有什麼車子推薦? 主要原因為何?? 2.知道神a要出新款了，請問有無正式可交車日期? 價格會落在多少萬區間?? 3.神a新款跟現在差在那?就我目前所知引擎那些都一樣，只有差在外型跟空間大小 不知我的資訊有無錯誤呢? 人生中第一台新車，要買的時候才知道考量的事情好多啊... 請各位善心人士回答小弟的問題，在此感謝了~~Orz... ps.有無具備良心的toyota業務可推薦的呢? 感恩~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.107.232

廠牌: Gigabyte 型號: U2442d 購入日期: 8/22 距上次使用正常時間: 買來就這樣了... OS版本: 64位元 平常作業內容: 看影片、LOL 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): Y 問題內容: 1. 有時候打字打到一半 c,/,v這幾個鍵按下去會沒反應 但不是鍵盤壞掉 開記事本又打得出來 在word, chrome, pcman 都有發生過這些情形 將軟體關掉重開之後又會恢復正常 好像除了我也有其他人有這個問題 想請問有人知道怎麼解決嗎? 2. 電腦設定的smart manager 快捷鍵為 Ctrl+W 可是我在打LOL的時候W技能升級快捷也是這個... 變成我在點技能的時候就跳出smart manager的視窗整個擋住 超級困擾.... 在頁面中也沒有更改快捷的選項 想知道要怎麼改掉快捷或是整個關掉嗎?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.128.153.200

標題[問題] 修完電腦後出問題

廠牌:HP 型號:povilion G6 購入日期:去年九月 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):Y 問題內容: 這是約一年前買的電腦 因為之前風扇有燒焦味 USB有一邊接觸有點問題 加上快過保固就送原廠修理 回來後有說明是清過風扇修 USB則是主機板有問題 所以有修主機板 但是沒想到使用起來開始變怪怪的 本來電腦我會一天連續休眠幾次 但是休眠再開卻變成進入安全模式仲常啟動這些畫面 等於是重新開機 這是不是有問題 修主機板會變這樣嗎 我要再送原廠嗎? 剩一個月左右的保固 覺得很苦惱 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.116.135.107

國防部長嚴明上任近一個月，今天首次到立法院拜會立委，希望立委支持國防部政策與法案。針對民進黨批評民國103年度國防預算，占國內生產毛額比率再度下降，嚴明表示，103年度跟102年度預算完全一樣，沒有減列，只是在比例上從去年2.67%降到2.5%，但實際價值是一樣的。

至於民進黨質疑募兵制預算越編越少？嚴明說，為了因應募兵制，今年人員維持費增加200多億元。
