【張麗娜／台北報導】馬英九總統昨談納莉水患教訓，竟稱捷運站是滯洪池，民進黨發言人林俊憲上午表示，納莉颱風讓台北市交通癱瘓一個星期，捷運清洗了幾個月，人民痛苦不堪，4千多億興建的捷運，卻被馬總統當成滯洪池，馬沾沾自喜、自我吹噓，把人民的痛苦當做政績，像跟我們活在不同的世界，他冷酷無知的思考邏輯，凡人無法理解。

林說，2001年的納莉颱風是市民的惡夢，台北市的菁華區淹了大水，財產損失不可計數，而且有26位民眾不幸死亡，當時發生的原因，經監察院調查是人為疏失，是玉成抽水站怠忽職守，捷運沒有施做防水閘門。

對於馬總統昨也提到很多縣市雨水下水道預算「少到讓他毛骨悚然」，林也說：「聽到馬總統的談話，我們也對馬總統的無能與對事情的不了解，也感到毛骨悚然」。林說，雨水下水道預算是中央政府負責，馬總統卻狀況外，然後再把責任推卸批評地方，「就因為馬總統對人民痛苦無法感同身受，才會吝於編列治水預算」。

林說，過去政府優先治理大台北水患，大台北光是一、二、三期的二重疏洪道治水經費就花了1142億，員山子疏洪道也花了438億，光這兩項就花了1600億，而中南部的8年8百億事實上分配後並不多，後續當然需要有新的計劃及經費繼續執行，不能半途而廢。

【綜合報導】國外媒體《Star》雜誌及「Radar Online」今日報導，美國好萊塢知名影帝、現年76的傑克尼柯遜(Jack Nicholson)要宣布退休，原因是「記憶衰退」。

報導指出，傑克尼柯遜由於年事已高，已經出現記憶衰退問題，甚至記不住台詞，因此決定退休。不過英國《每日電訊報》(The Daily Telegraph)向傑克尼柯遜所屬經紀公司以及代表律師求證，都未獲正面回應。

【施昂強／台北報導】921大地震即將屆滿14周年，台北市政府消防局於後天下午1時30分，在北市國父紀念館中山公園舉辦「全民來繪防災畫、地震避難有計畫！」全民防災教育宣導活動，國小以下學童只要參加並完成繪畫作品，繳交後即可獲得32色蠟筆1組，第一名還可獲得3000元SOGO商品禮券。
 
另外活動現場將會有「地震體驗車」及「雲梯車」供民眾參觀體驗，並有遊園車和精采的舞臺表演，還有有防災知識有獎徵答活動，歡迎民眾攜家帶眷共同參與。
