【吳國仲／台北報導】今天凌晨2時許，中華路二段發生一起車禍，1名女子穿越馬路時，不慎被1輛行經路口的轎車撞到，被送往醫院治療，還好人無大礙。
 
警方初步瞭解，女子在沒有劃斑馬線的地方穿越馬路，因天色陰暗，轎車駕駛可能是沒有看清楚有人，剎車不及才會撞上。20多歲的奧迪車駕駛低調不願多談，只說並未看到該女子走出來，確切肇事責任，仍由警方釐清當中。

【綜合報導】英國的醜陋動物保護協會(Ugly Animal Preservation Society)日前舉辦「最醜動物票選活動」，昨日成績揭曉，由「水滴魚」(Blobfish)奪冠。

據了解，這次有3千多名網友參與網路投票，當中水滴魚就拿到795票。水滴魚是一種又軟又濕的粉紅色生物，能忍受深海中的極大水壓，但卻常成為深海拖網捕魚的犧牲品。

另外第2名是紐西蘭鸚鵡「Kakapo」，但牠是一隻不會飛的鸚鵡。第3名則是墨西哥蠑螈「Axolotl」。

【綜合報導】英國的醜陋動物保護協會(Ugly Animal Preservation Society)日前舉辦「最醜動物票選活動」，昨日成績揭曉，由「水滴魚」(Blobfish)奪冠。

【綜合報導】花蓮縣一所大學莊姓體育老師瞞著已婚身分和女學生發生不倫戀，後來女大生得知被騙且另交男友要求分手，莊竟以談判為由邀女方到租屋處「打最後分手砲」；事後遭女方控告性侵，莊男因此丟了工作又賠女方一百二十萬元和解，得不償失。花蓮地院上月底審結認為，莊男並未用強暴手段，且雙方已達成和解，因此判決無罪。

承審法官認為，莊男身為人師竟與相差十多歲的女學生發生踰越師生關係的親密行為，事後為保住教職及家庭和諧，才賠償被害人達成和解，實不足取。女大生雖提告性侵，但無法證明莊男使用強暴手段，違反女大生意願強制性交，因此判決莊男無罪。全案仍可上訴。
