【劉曉霞／台北報導】大安森林公園第一排久未有新建案推出，主打大安森林公園第一排、日本名師設計的「水樹之間」今天下午正式開案，該案總銷約10億元，坪數規劃約41~54坪，每坪開價190~250萬元，單戶總價8000萬元~1億元。

【綜合報導】新任日本駐聯合國代表吉川元偉13日在紐約的日本駐聯合國代表部召開記者會，稱希望能在2015年的聯合國安理會非常任理事國改選中當選，成為安理會成員。

日本為爭取被選為2016～2017年的非常任理事國，決定新設一個專職大使的職位，以遊說各國支持日本。日本屆時若能入選非常任理事國，將是其第11次當選，日本也將成為歷史上出任非常任理事國次數最多的國家。

剛在樓下附近等人去吃飯, 等著等著聽到有一個女生的聲音在叫救命 而且是一直重覆重覆 除了中間有間斷突然講了一聲別的 但我聽不清楚 好像是"有人(聽不清)......嗎"之類的 之後又繼續叫救命 但叫得不是很高音淒厲的,而是一直平穩的反覆的, 中間有一段時間沒叫了 後來朋友來了, 我跟他說有人在叫救命,這時剛好救命聲又出來了,朋友也有聽到 但我實在聽不出救命聲從哪裡傳出 我面對的那幾戶都是公寓, 一戶一樓是早餐店(但晚上當然是鐵門拉上), 一戶一樓單純是樓梯（通往樓上公寓） 另一戶一樓是家庭理髮店　（美髮店的人還走出來說說笑笑，沒有異樣） 朋友似乎覺得只是有人在亂叫而已 我真的也找不出聲音的來源在哪 因為另二間都是鐵門，什麼也看不到 不過還是有點擔心 有人有什麼想法嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.115.142.105

【張欽／台北報導】前總統李登輝涉及國安密帳案，台北地院今天下午2時30分開庭辯論，李登輝稍早2時許抵達法院，媒體告知國民黨主席馬英九不讓立法院長王金平參加全代會，李登輝說：「人家（王金平）還有國民黨黨員的資格在啊！」

至於馬這樣會不會太「鴨霸」，李指出，民主社會要照民主制度來進行才對，「不能個人想要怎樣就怎樣，要用（遵守）制度啊！」
