【於慶中／綜合報導】希臘足球聯賽二大強隊之一、「綠軍」帕納辛奈科斯(Panathinaikos)的球迷俱樂部，位於首都雅典的辦公室外，今天(4日)凌晨發生爆炸事件，當時附近沒有人逗留，並沒有造成人員傷亡，但建築物受到破壞，且有多輛停在附近的汽車受損。

雅典警方隨即封鎖附近街區進行調查，但目前仍不願對外公布引發爆炸的裝置為何。由於希臘政局緊張，日前政府才大力掃蕩部分極端組織，不排除與相關事件有關。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立委邱志偉今在國是論壇指出，行政院長秘書長陳威仁負責行政立法連繫工作，但今天開會前，陳威仁與委員打招呼，邱問陳是否認識他？陳竟回答，「認識阿，你是台東鄭委員嘛」，邱志偉不滿表示，「我是來自高雄市，王金平院長選區的邱志偉，台東委員也不姓鄭，姓劉」。

邱志委批評，已談過很多次話，行政團隊卻連委員來自哪個選區、名字都不知道，這樣有資格來報告嗎？坐在位子上的陳威仁表情有點尷尬。

標題[心情] 女友家裡的委託

故事是從我答應幫女友的父親寫一支程式開始… 小弟是個理工魯蛇博士生，女友家裡是經營公司。某天女友父親拜託我幫忙寫一支程式， 洽談後覺得不難就答應了。然而這支程式是需要硬體方面的配合，以及一些需要在現場 校準的部分，另外再加上測試時間，因此我一直在問什麼時候可以進場佈署，結果在業主 勘驗的前四天我才被通知去現場，而且命令我要等驗完才可以回學校。可是小弟我上 有教授，下有學弟，這種突如其來的行程怎麼可能答應，而且正值整人會(國科會)計畫的 撰寫，突然消失整整四天，等驗完我也不用回實驗室了。 沒想到女友老爸語出驚人，「你就跟教授說你有更重要的事情要處理，如果教授不答應， 你就去換指導教授！」(對阿，就跟換件衣服一樣簡單)。總之礙著女友的面子，我抱著必 死的決心過去現場，是個剛被轟炸過…不對，是個還在初始化的地方，此時一個重要的靈 魂人物出場，女友他家倚賴的現場工程師，一個可以從外太空嗆到內子宮，專門扯後腿和 扯蛋的傢伙。可惜女友老爸和這傢伙就像是昏君和佞臣，當這傢伙跟女友老爸說現場可以 測試，事實是連電腦都還沒拆封、電源線還沒拉好、重要硬體處於故障的狀態。 於是我只好先處理學校的事情，然後這位佞臣跑過來跟我說，「還不快點來幫忙，如果你 只是負責軟體的話，你就給我滾回去！」(我不負責軟體難道還要負責燒飯做菜嗎？) 不 過我也彷彿接獲聖旨，立刻跟女友老爸反應，然後又是語出驚人，「現場明明已經可以測 試！」(難不成我跑錯地方了？) 結果拖拉了三天，在驗收的前一天下午四點(我記得超清楚)，終於可以安裝和測試我的軟 體，很不幸的是結果超糟糕，為什麼呢？因為和當初女友老爸講的環境規格完全不一 樣！女友老爸三度語出驚人，「這就是系統困難的地方！」(是阿是阿~) 其他部分，除了沒幫我安排住宿問題，害我半夜打給朋友拜託收留我，以及佞臣不斷挑戰 我的耐心，一副很想知道我會不會把滑鼠塞到他嘴巴裡，整整四天嗆我的話沒停過。在現 場一片狼藉的狀態下，業主列了一狗票的改善缺失，差不多先生般的過了初驗。然而我也 聽到更多要寫的程式，是當初洽談時完全沒提起的部分。女友老爸也繼續語出驚人， 「那很簡單的啦！」(真希望我沒聽錯) 此時此刻，我女友在做什麼？很不幸的，我女友是個標準的爸寶，老爸說啥她就聽啥，或 者說那是家裡(針對我)的事情跟她無關。然而在我強力的憤怒表達之下，女友寫了封信給 她老爸，太好了，結果我被她老爸約談，講了一堆有的沒的，總之就是語出驚人的說，「 你這樣是公私不分！」(我如果公私分明的話早就賞你們一堆三字經了) 故事至此還沒結束，卻是不斷循環。 1.可以測試了(都是要驗收的前幾天) 2.叫我過去現場 3.結果根本還沒好 4.我在現場空等個三四天 5.到了驗收的前一天勉強測試 6.效果很糟(因為規格不對) 最後，我明天又要過去了，上帝保佑我… -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.142.25.92

【王勇超／高雄報導】嫌犯李姓男子（42歲）今天凌晨1時許，不滿住處對街的鵝肉攤客人飲酒大聲喧嘩，從二樓陽台大喊：「很晚了！能不能小聲點？」引起其中1名林姓客人（42歲）反嗆：「你下來！有種下來打架！」李男氣憤之下，拿1把改造手槍到鵝肉攤，先對空鳴槍1槍，再朝鵝肉攤方向開第2槍，但此槍子彈未擊發。

警方說，李男接著走向林男，以槍柄毆打林男頭部、身體，造成林男頭部外傷、左肩、身體受傷，雙方拉扯時，林的友人上前勸阻並報案。警方趕抵現場前，李男趁機把手槍藏在住處隔壁攤位底下，警方到達時，李男一度否認持槍，經警方在現場找到一發彈殼，李才坦承犯案，帶警方到攤位底下找到涉案的改造手槍，內有2發子彈。警方訊後將全案依《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》、傷害罪嫌送辦。
