【陳雍仁／台北報導】中華男籃周日即將開拔天津，揮軍東亞運，儘管今下午才剛結束2小時的辛苦練球，晚上全隊還是抽空集合，搶先觀看了《林來瘋(Linsanity)》紀錄片，總教練許晉哲說：「希望林書豪永不放棄的精神，能鼓舞球員們士氣，讓大家繼續堅持下去，在東亞運打出佳績，為今年畫下完美句點！」
 
影片長達88分鐘，但全隊沒人打瞌睡，大家都聚精會神看完，結束時「新台客」戴維斯(Quincy Davis)還帶頭鼓掌，「野獸」隊長林志傑說：「這紀錄片真的不錯，看到林書豪之前不斷在NBA上上下下，但他還是努力堅持，把握住一點點機會，真的令人感動。」問他看完後是不是也有NBA夢？他笑說：「別了吧，我都這把年紀了，現在這樣我就很滿足了。」
 
昨全隊僅曾文鼎因須針灸膝傷缺席，其餘11人全都到場，許晉哲說：「大家練了這麼久，難免會出現一些疲態，能夠來看一下《林來瘋》紀錄片，算是好事，給大家一些不同的東西，對年輕球員也有刺激作用。」

【丁牧群／台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，今晚在3個地點分別開庭偵訊黃世銘、總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺、總統府前副秘書長羅智強4人。20多名挺扁民眾今晚8時30分聚集在台北地檢署門口高喊「非法監聽、馬英九下台」。

但因馬英九人在北檢第四辦公室出庭作證，並不在北市博愛路的台北地檢署內，讓抗議民眾撲空。
 
目前黃世銘、羅智強在北檢應訊，江宜樺則在北檢第三辦公室出庭作證中。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】日本滋賀縣立大學環境科學系的永淵修教授，今年8月在日本最高峰富士山山頂處(海拔3776公尺)，針對空氣中的水銀濃度進行調查，結果發現，每1立方公尺的空繼中，測得2.8奈克的水銀(1奈克是10億分之一公克)，超過日本的平均值。

由於日本工業排放的汙染物質是無法達到富士山山頂的，日本環境省分析後認為，這些污染物質應該是越境來自中國，隨著偏西風從中國吹到富士山頂。其實不只富士山，日本東北大學針對橫跨青森、岩手與秋田的十河田國家公園的湖底泥沼進行調查，也發現了超量的重金屬如銦、銻等物質，矛頭同樣指向來自海另一邊的中國大氣污染。

【綜合報導】有意參選台北市長的台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲，今天上午8時接受台北之音《蔻蔻早餐》主持人周玉蔻專訪，他認為，台灣政治人物在「裝神弄鬼」，籲要「走下神壇」；日前探望前總統陳水扁，他說，阿扁看好他參選台北市長，興奮地說，「你有機會！」

柯文哲是阿扁醫療小組召集人，仍持續探視阿扁，扁興奮對他說，「你有機會，只要下定決心就好」。柯文哲自認是「心智很清純的人」，認為在台灣從政認為有2大要點，確保不要被政治污染，不是只上法鼓山就好，其次是要有能力改變社會。

有子不能收養大陸養子的規定，大法官今天解釋是違憲。

有兩件案例都屬類似情節，前陣子聲請釋憲。一件是台灣汪姓老榮民欲收養大陸妻與前夫生的兒子。另外一件是李姓大陸新娘原在大陸育有一子，離婚後改嫁來台，離婚後欲收養在大陸已辦妥收養的養子，兩案皆被法院依兩岸關人民條例第65條1款「台灣地區人民收養大陸地區人民為養子女者，…已有子女或養子女者，不予認可」的規定駁回收養聲請。兩人提釋憲案。

大法官將兩案合併審理，今做出釋字第712號解釋，認為兩岸關人民條例第65條1款的規定，雖是為了確保台灣的安全和社會安定，但與憲法第22條保障收養自由的意旨，以及第23條比列原則不符，應自解釋公布即日起失效。

大法官解釋文亦呼籲，相關機關應考量兩岸政治、經濟、社會因素的變遷，適時修正相關規定。
