【呂品逸╱新北報導】入夏後天氣炎熱，近幾天的氣溫更屢屢飆破37度，連日高溫使得到海邊、溪邊戲水的民眾大幅增加，新北市轄內有許多水域，因此政府和轄區消防隊嚴陣以待，在許多水域都安排了消防人員和民間救生團體，今天下午3點侯友宜副市長也親自前往烏來南勢溪各個水域巡視，位民眾戲水的安全把關。
 
新店烏來的南勢溪全長約45公里，所含範圍甚廣，沿岸許多水域更是民眾夏日戲水的消暑勝地，但因溪流湍急且深淺不一，以往每年總會造成許多民眾溺水，新北市消防局透過巡邏、駐點警戒的方式，將溺水人數大幅降低，也透過宣導讓民眾能避免在危險水域戲水，出門遊憩除了玩的開心也要平安的回家。

【大紀元2013年08月12日訊】(大紀元記者徐乃義台灣桃園報導)「今古掌藝•偶戲舞乾坤」，經典神話故事《西遊記》布袋戲要在中壢登場了！來自彰化的鳳舞奇觀布袋戲團，8月17日)晚間7點，在中壢藝術館大廳演出《西遊記之火雲洞》，活動採自由入場，歡迎觀賞。

成立於1993年的鳳舞奇觀布袋戲團，創辦人陳江海傳承自雲林今古奇觀薪傳獎大師方清祈，跟隨老師參與該團大、小場演出，於1993年在彰化縣成立子團。曾於2004、2005年彰化縣磺溪演藝獎徵選活動獲優選、甲等。近年參加政府文化單位活動，將偶戲製演推廣。

第三代傳人陳正雄擔綱演出，首場為桃園觀眾帶來西遊記故事第十五單元〈火雲洞〉。內容敘述：唐僧師徒西行取經，途經號山，唐僧不幸遭遇聖嬰大王紅孩兒捉去。悟空三兄弟急欲救師，展開與紅孩兒鬥智鬥法！

本活動搬演唐僧師徒途經號山枯松澗的歷險故事，藉由表演帶領觀眾走入布袋戲與經典小說融合的藝術情境中，8月17日晚間7點，在中壢藝術館大廳，歡迎喜愛布袋戲及西遊記的朋友前來欣賞精采好戲！

【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市環保局人員上月底至五股凌雲路山區巡查，發現一條長50公尺、通往觀音坑溪的明溝被廢水染紅，經往上游追蹤，發現污染源來自一家違章皮革廠，不過，工廠人員見稽查人員來訪，立刻辯解說：「不是作業廢水，是工人在洗手。」荒誕理由讓人哭笑不得，環保局當下立即拍照存證，並依《水污染防治法》從重開出30萬元罰單，並要求限期改善。

環保局表示，五股地區中小型違章工廠眾多，且大部份沿河岸所建，倘若違法排放廢水，將會對河川生態造成嚴重影響，所以環保局將此處列為重點稽查熱區，24小時派員巡查，民眾如發現任何污染問題，可經由「新北i環保」APP，或撥打市府1999專線、本市環保局公害陳情報案中心專線02-22882327或全國公害陳情專線0800-066666檢舉。
