標題[食記] 福州 永和魚丸

圖文:http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/37260451 時間:2013/10 三坊七巷裡掛上老字號的店鋪有好幾家，除了同利肉燕之外，對面的永和魚丸也是。而且 永和魚丸與台灣頗有淵源，台灣的福州小多多半由大陸傳入，可永和魚丸卻是從台灣反輸 入回大陸的小吃。在上世紀二十年代，一個年輕人劉必松來到了台灣的永和地區落腳，在 一家小食店裡打工作魚丸，受到顧客們的喜愛。幾年後，劉必松回到了福州，1934年時， 在三坊七巷做起生意，賣他最拿手的魚丸，因為他師出台灣的永和，因此取店名為永和魚 丸。 除了店內販售現煮的魚丸之外，這裡也有販售冷凍魚丸，可以買回家自己煮或送禮。不過 冷凍的食物要帶上飛機回台灣很不方便，所以還是在這裡吃吃就好。 五福臨門￥13 菜名取的相當有喜氣，五福臨門即裡頭共有五種魚丸，分別為鯊魚丸、鰻魚丸、魚湯、肉 燕、魚卷。五種丸子形狀各異，口感也略有不同，魚湯指的並不是湯而是一種丸子，形狀 像是不規則的小塊肉羹，口感彈嫩。 魚卷也是一種丸子，形狀一大塊，吃起來倒很像黑輪；鯊魚丸則是小塊魚肉裹漿，滑嫩中 帶著魚肉的纖維口感。 鰻魚丸是裡頭最大的丸子，如常見的福州丸，魚漿丸子裡頭包了魯肉餡，可丸子外頭彷彿 有一層粉漿，如台灣燙蚵仔外頭會裹上一層太白粉漿一般，先嘗到滑嫩的口感後，接著才 是魚丸的彈性以及內餡的油香。此外，湯頭也是相當不錯喝，或許沒加味精，喝起來並不 會覺得舌燥，在大陸來說，相當難得。 永和魚丸（南后街店） 地址：福建省福州市鼓樓區南后街89號 電話：0591-87502905 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.126.129.3 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 China_travel 11/01 09:20 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 Ind-travel 11/01 09:20

【張勵德／台北報導】中颱柯羅莎今天凌晨通過呂宋島後，預估未來會持續朝西進入南海，往中南半島一帶前進。今天受到柯羅莎颱風外圍雲系帶來水汽影響，北部、東半部地區及恆春半島有短暫陣雨。中央氣象局上午發布豪雨特報，今天宜蘭、花蓮、基隆北海岸及大台北山區有局部大雨或豪雨發生機會，恆春半島有局部大雨，尤其昨晚花蓮發生規模6.3強震後，山區土石鬆動，要嚴防坍方、落石及土石流，低窪地區要慎防淹水。

至於中南部地區因為處在背風面，今天仍維持多雲的天氣，僅山區可能有局部短暫陣雨。

氣象局表示，今天各地低溫都在攝氏20度以上，桃園以北、東北部及東部地區因為雲量偏多且下雨，高溫約攝氏25到27度，其他地區高溫約攝氏28到30度，中南部日夜溫差較大，提醒民眾早晚外出要記得添加衣物保暖。

另外，今天台灣沿海地區及各離島會有強陣風出現，東半部、恆春半島、西南部沿海地區及綠島、蘭嶼會有長浪發生，民眾前往海邊活動要注意安全。

【寶智華／雲林報導】斗南鎮舊社里一名58歲林姓男子因心疾開刀後，精神耗弱，20多歲兒子今日凌晨3時許帶2名朋友回家，通宵看影片聊天，他怕勸阻反被兒罵，忍耐到清晨7時，最後決定打電話報警「我兒子和朋友可能吸毒，精神太好，拜託你們來幫幫忙」。

派出所警員趕至時，林男在家門前不敢進門，說會被兒子罵；兒子和友人看到警員登門，十分意外，連忙向警方和林男道歉，警方當場勸兒子不要亂對父親發脾氣，確定兒子與朋友未吸毒才離開。
