【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國加州警方今日指出，在當地一處水塔設施內發現女子部份肢體，懷疑這是一起分屍案，但死因仍有待鑑定確認。

警方指出，數天前在同一水塔內也發現女子肢體，今日再搜出其他肢體，並在其他水塔設施內也發現女性肢體，警方初步研判應是同一個人的肢體。目前女子身分仍有待確認，但警方不排除為他殺。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】國內生產毛額（GDP）保二難，朝野立委上午在立院國是論壇時關切台灣經濟發展。民進黨立委陳歐珀呼籲，行政團隊要拿出做為，不要最後變成「（GDP）保一總隊」。

國民黨立委張慶忠、紀國棟呼籲朝野速審兩岸服貿協議，讓行政團隊全力拼經濟，張慶忠認為，服貿若不能速審，就應恢復為備查案，直接生效，否則擔憂國內經濟無法提升，GDP保二不保。

富味鄉油品摻混牟利，彰化地檢署昨偵結，依詐欺等罪起訴董事長陳文南、其弟陳瑞禮等六人；檢方查出他們摻混長達四年，不法所得三億零五十萬元，建請法院宣告沒收。

食安風暴讓消費者不安，彰化檢方密集偵辦大統與富味鄉這兩件重大黑心食品案，大統案只花十天偵結，富味鄉只用八天，再度創了紀錄。

彰化地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃智勇表示，富味鄉陳文南、陳瑞禮兄弟在黑麻油中摻混牟利長達近四年，情節重大，但犯後主動提出房產扣押，並提供高額擔保金供消費者退費極力彌補，因此建議法院對兩人適度量刑。

相較下，大統公司高振利未積極提出賠償或事後補救措施，而且大統市佔率高，還在油品加入未經許可的銅葉綠素，花生油裡沒花生、辣椒油裡沒辣椒，惡性重大，才求處重刑。

至於富味鄉研發中心經理林瑞聰、資材課長劉騏瑋、技術人員陳國華、洪銘昌等四人，檢方認為只是聽從指示製造油品，為求生計而觸法，均請法院從輕量刑。

檢方調查，富味鄉食品涉嫌從九十八年起，在製造的「頂級百分百黑麻油」等三種油品，摻進低價黃麻油、特黑油，降低成本，卻讓消費者陷於選擇錯誤。

黃智勇表示，陳文南等六人觸犯食品衛生管理法、詐欺罪嫌，應從重以詐欺取財罪論處，詐欺罪最高可處五年以下徒刑，三種油品應分論併罰。
