【潘志偉／新北報導】新北市1名婦人日前前往蘆洲1家服飾店購買《Levis 》的服飾，因價錢不到市價一半，原想多買幾件，但她仔細一看竟發現品質參差不齊，質料觸感也不好，憤而向保智大隊檢舉。警方接獲通報，前往查緝竟發現高達5萬多件服飾，全都是仿冒品，不法獲利將近千萬元，警方逮捕1名44歲李姓負責人。
 
警方前往查緝時，發現僅有5坪大的店面，放了超過上百件仿冒《Levis 》、《adidas 》服飾，再追到倉庫查獲超過5萬多件的仿冒服飾，還有許多名牌標籤尚未縫上。李姓負責人供稱：「因為財務吃緊，才會鋌而走險，製作仿冒品牟利。」警方訊後訊後依違反智慧財產權函送法辦。

【張麗娜／台北報導】主計總處昨公布第3季國內生產毛額（Gross Domestic Product，GDP）成長率僅1.58%，民進黨發言人林俊憲說，8月時主計處仍預估有2.47%，但昨公布結果出來幾乎腰斬，只有1.58%；同時也讓台灣經濟成長率1至3季累計只有1.89%，而新加坡有5.1%、韓國有3.3%，台灣是四小龍之末。

林說，去年馬政府預測今年GDP是3.59%，當時經濟部長尹啟銘還喊出要3.8%，結果民進黨要求的3%做不到了，現在連保2都可能破功，馬英九總統只顧政爭，不顧民生，當我們看到美國日本韓國紛紛端出經濟方案的時候，我們感到非常的羨慕，但馬總統卻忙著政治鬥爭。

林說，馬總統去年講到今年經濟就可以看到「隧道盡頭的曙光」，結果我們發現國家的經濟「在漫長的黑暗隧道中，看不見盡頭」，請總統好好拼經濟，趕快結束政治動亂，民進黨對今年經濟表現非常失望，同時請馬總統向人民道歉，提出確實能提振經濟的做法。

[分享] Halloween是萬聖節前夕，不是萬聖節！ 有小孩子在問：「為什麼萬聖節不叫做萬魔節？為什麼萬聖節的裝扮都是妖魔鬼怪，而看 不到聖人的模樣？」，這個問題很好，點出了長年以來的翻譯錯誤。 台灣大部分的民眾（甚至包括媒體）並不熟悉西方宗教的節日，便以訛傳訛把 Halloween 翻譯為萬聖節，導致一個號稱是「萬聖」的節日卻只看得到一群裝扮成魔鬼 、「不給糖就搗蛋」 的小朋友；而被大人裝扮成妖怪的小孩們，也不明就裡地以為 Halloween 就是萬聖節。 事實上，11月1日才是「萬聖節」，10月31日的 Halloween 應該翻譯成「萬聖節前夕」 或是「萬聖夜」才對。 10月31日，也就是西方的 Halloween，我發現有許多人，包括電視新聞報導，都將這一 天叫做萬聖節，其實這是錯誤的。 Halloween應該是「萬聖節前夕」，而真正的「萬聖節 」應該是十一月一日，英文叫做 Hallowmas。 Hallow 是一個動詞，是「使神聖」的意思，而een是一個副詞，和even同義，也就是晚上 的意思，在古詩裡常可見到evenfall(黃昏)這個字，而我們常說的evening，也就是從 even變化而來的（不過even在現代英文中已很少被當作夜晚的意思，而多用eve取代之） 。 因此，Hallow-een 就是「使神聖的夜晚」，而翌日11月1日才是萬聖節（英文稱作 Hallowmas 或是 All Saints' Day）；在天主教裡，還有一個萬靈節（All Souls' Day ）是在11月2日。 -- http://mail.tku.edu.tw/cfshih/ln/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.79.9
