成衣廠偽造仿冒Levis　不法獲利近千萬

【潘志偉／新北報導】新北市1名婦人日前前往蘆洲1家服飾店購買《Levis 》的服飾，因價錢不到市價一半，原想多買幾件，但她仔細一看竟發現品質參差不齊，質料觸感也不好，憤而向保智大隊檢舉。警方接獲通報，前往查緝竟發現高達5萬多件服飾，全都是仿冒品，不法獲利將近千萬元，警方逮捕1名44歲李姓負責人。
 
警方前往查緝時，發現僅有5坪大的店面，放了超過上百件仿冒《Levis 》、《adidas 》服飾，再追到倉庫查獲超過5萬多件的仿冒服飾，還有許多名牌標籤尚未縫上。李姓負責人供稱：「因為財務吃緊，才會鋌而走險，製作仿冒品牟利。」警方訊後訊後依違反智慧財產權函送法辦。
