【張勵德／台北報導】本周國際油價漲跌互見，較上周僅微幅上揚，因此依照浮動油價公式計算，下周台灣中油各式汽柴油的零售價可能不調整，不過實際調幅還要視最後1天國際油市變動而定。

到昨天為止，國際指標油價周均價為每桶107.2美元，較前周小漲0.08美元，新台幣匯率則較前周貶值0.01元，國內油價依公式計算，估計下周國內油價跌幅為0.088%，換算下來汽柴油零售價可能不調整。

【劉昌松／台北報導】檢察總長黃世銘將偵辦中案件內容洩漏給總統馬英九，今天不但被起訴涉嫌洩密，還被台北地檢署指責：「陷國家元首於不義。」

北檢在新聞稿中指出：《公務人員服務誓言》要求公務員要遵守《憲法》與政府法令，而非對個人效忠，而檢察總長指揮監督最高檢及以下各審級檢察官，更應獨立行使職權，保持中立，嚴防跟杜絕任何勢力的介入。

但黃世銘自行認定公務員的忠誠義務是向總統個人報告，因此主動求見總統，雖總統當時僅表示「尊重」，未對案件做出具體指示或認定，但「此舉已陷國家元首於不義，恐使人民產生元首干預司法之錯認。」

【陳培煌╱台北報導】台北地檢署偵今依依洩密罪起訴檢察總長黃世銘。國民黨團書記長林德福受訪表示，若有具體事證要知所進退，前法務部長曾勇夫就是一個例子，因關說案而迴避，「幹到這個位子，要有所拿捏。」《蘋果》記者追問黃是否應該要下台？林德福強調，若有具體事證，要知所進退。

國民黨立委呂學樟說，起訴是必然的，因為監聽譯文還沒有結案就公布，確實友涉及洩密問題。對於黃世銘是否應迴避現行職務？呂說，法律是無罪推定原則，在一審判決確定之前，黃世銘不一定要請假或有所動作，但因黃的職務比較敏感，法務部應儘速將此案送監察院調查有無行政疏失，如我監察院彈劾，黃當然要自動請辭。

自由時報 – 

中國安徽省寧國市政府官員日前在重陽節探視當地高壽一百零三歲的老嫗程延春，事後在網路發布的宣傳政績照片卻相當詭異，畫面中只見幾名官員「高高在上」矗立一旁，「低頭俯視」坐在椅子上但身形瘦小到不成比例的程老太太，其中一名官員的下半身與疑似窗櫺物有漸層重疊，使得該名官員看似飄浮在半空中，顯然是某修圖技術欠佳者修圖修過頭的結果。

不敵媒體踢爆（連新華社都說照片恐怕是假的）與網友大肆嘲諷，寧國市政府除將該照片刪除外，三十日也發表聲明致歉，宣佈懲戒該市民政局與該局老齡辦主任徐飛宇。市府官員強調，真的有派員探視程老太太，但程老太太屋內陳設讓攝影師無法將老人家與探訪官員同時入鏡，才會將兩張照片合成一張。（編譯張沛元）
