頂新集團的味全公司代工廠涉嫌造假和標示不實，衛福部決祭出重罰！衛福部3日證實，頂新從大統購買橄欖油與芥花油，製成「味全」與「健康廚房」品牌共21件商品。衛福部次長許銘能表示，若經調查後確定頂新知情未報，則將重罰1500萬元；味全3日也召開記者會澄清，此次因源頭控管不確實，造成混油風波，即日起也會自行下架，並開放民眾退費。

知名油廠連日垮台！繼老牌油品大廠福懋油品日前被驗出6款橄欖油標示與內容物不符，3日衛福部又臨時召開記者會，證實由頂新製油公司代工的味全公司，有「歐風黃金嚴選調和油」、「珍饌寶嚴選調和油」等21款油品使用大統長基橄欖油混充，已通知賣場下架。

衛福部1日啟動油安行動，號召全國22縣市衛生局，出動805人，擴大稽查市售食用油脂產品原料及添加物標示情形。截至3日共稽查了1922家賣場與餐廳，共7665件油品，其中有129件標示不符規定，其原因多為成分標示不符，如將調和油標示為純油，或者調和油標示與內容物不符。

雖然味全日前發出聲明，標榜「味全」與「健康廚房」品項的油品經過嚴格品質把關，並符合政府規範，但屏東縣衛生局卻在味全委託代工的頂新製油廠發現購買自大統的黃橄欖油、綠橄欖油與葵花油。

目前頂新製油廠中，來自大統的221桶油已封存，目前已得知大統的銅葉綠素油曾賣給頂新屏東廠與福懋台中場。許銘能在記者會上表示，頂新的油品還在清查，其中有問題的產品包含純油與調和油，涉嫌造假和標示不實。若查出頂新確實知情不報，則可開罰1500萬元。

味全公司3日召開記者會，總經理張教華說，味全一向要求產品品質，此次則是因為源頭控管不確實，才會發生混油的事件。財務長張美凰則表示，雖然有部分油品的來源是大統長基，但日前已經過美和科技大學，證明所有產品皆不含棉酚與銅葉綠素等有害人體的物質，安全無虞。味全公司目前也已將有疑慮的產品自行下架，並針對21項商品全面開放消費者退費。

衛福部3日公布的續查名單包含建豐100%特級純橄欖油、家福生產的家樂福特級初榨橄欖油、泰山DOMINGO進口純葡萄籽油、九品元生產的九品元特選白芝麻油等4項產品經檢驗後，經證實為合格油品。

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】英國廣播公司（BBC）報導，坦尚尼亞在居住在該國的一名中國人家中，發現7百多塊、總重1.8公噸的象牙，估計來自2百頭被獵捕的大象。

坦尚尼亞《衛報》昨刊登該國大象保護組織的文章，稱中國與坦尚尼亞經濟關係的升溫，導致該國大象偷獵狀況進一步惡化。大象保護組織也警告，坦尚尼亞每天大約有30頭大象遭非法獵殺，如果這種情形繼續發生，當地的大象將在2020年之前滅絕。

「現在南下列車統統停駛，何時復駛，我們也不知道」，台灣高鐵昨天跳電，旅客人數最多的台中烏日站氣氛火爆，旅客氣得跳腳、拍桌，大罵服務員一問三不知，只會趕旅客搭別種交通工具，絲毫沒有應變能力。

「你們在搞什麼，到底南下、北上的列車開不開？」高鐵服務人員分頭安撫旅客情緒，但每名服務員的訊息不一，一下子說統統不開，一下子說北上列車會行駛，即便搬出小點心招待，也平息不了旅客的火氣。

一陣發洩後，憤怒的旅客還是乖乖地排隊等退費、等駁車，隊伍不只長，移動更是龜速，有人自嘲：「要能排到頭前，那還真要有點體力不可」。

車站內不斷傳出高鐵人員的廣播，但現場乘客憤怒、嘈雜，蓋過廣播聲，很難聽清楚廣播內容。

此刻，高鐵的時刻表仍顯示「準點」，許多不知情的乘客依舊跑到自動售票機買票，等到列車應進站時刻，才知道南下列車停駛，還得回頭到服務台退票。乘客怒火中燒，忍不住大罵「騙人的高鐵，這種服務品質還敢漲價」。

服務台的退票乘客大排長龍，排隊乘客超過三百人。有媽媽帶小孩等著退票，一排就是半小時，小朋友不耐久候，哭鬧要休息，現場怒罵聲、小孩哭鬧聲交雜，比菜市場還要混亂。

月台上也怨聲四起，許多乘客已經排隊等著進自由座車廂，卻因為跳電調動列車，臨時被改到其他月台搭車，導致排隊動線大亂；原本有位子坐卻變得沒位子坐，也有人買了對號座位票，卻因高鐵彈性疏運，將全部車廂改為自由座，抱怨「票買貴了！」

因為收到許多板友的來信詢問第一代A酸(Tretinoin)的問題， 我就將我知道的資訊與大家分享一下。 1. 台灣目前只買的到中美藥廠製的愛潔膚(trentinoin 0.01%)， 這款是有香氣的。至於效果我不知道有沒有與國外廠商出的有差， 因為我A酸已經用到相當無感。 不過如果有機會買到國外大廠出的第一代A酸，我當然買國外製的。 2. 我是在2011年至曼谷時，偶然在帕篷夜市Silom路的藥局看到第一代A酸， 當時買了兩條， a. Stieva-A Forte Tretinoin Anti-Wrinkle Anti-Acne Cream 0.1% 25g http://ppt.cc/zU20 價位好像是泰銖300多，就是台幣三百多塊。 b. Retin-A Cream 0.05% http://ppt.cc/KwwP 不記得價位。現在還擺在家裡，被我擺到過期。-__- 這兩條都沒有愛潔膚的香氣，都是國際大廠出的A酸。 3. 我沒有第一代A酸的不適期，因為使用之前已經用了多年的痘膚潤。 4. 不論是第幾代A酸，初期使用，都是越少越好，且必須做好保濕。 方法不對會有很強烈的副作用。 A酸是很好的抗皺與粉刺的藥品，但不建議自行買來使用， 還是必須先和專業的皮膚科醫生討論，看診過後再使用。 5. 艾芙美燕麥刺激性肌膚保濕霜沒有泛白的問題。 雖然藥師只建議塗抹皮膚的局部，且說它不好推， 不過我都拿來擦整臉，雖然質地偏硬， 但修護效果很棒，也相當保濕。 現在台北正康藥局正在75折，三百多塊就買到了，很划算。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.8.104.239

【黎百代/桃園報導】黃色小鴨昨預定下午4時進行下水作業，但因風勢過大，原預計今清晨才進行作業，昨晚間9時50分許，風勢突然變小，作業人員趁機先進行洩氣作業，將小鴨體內三部鼓風機停止後，花了40分鐘，小鴨在昨晚間10時30分許洩氣完畢，預計今清晨5時進行下水及充氣作業，讓小鴨回到新屋後湖塘展出。

標題[開水] 有繁星魚加成的問題
