針對旗下裕元工業東莞高埗廠區的本周員工大規模抗議，製鞋業龍頭寶成（9904）今天表示，本周已向現場員工說明，將從5月起根據新的薪資級距，為員工投保社會保險及公積金，並準備在2015年前，將東莞高埗廠區的員工全員足額投保。
 
寶成主管說明，周一已與抗議員工說明，5月起以每月人民幣1910元~6500元，分成7個薪資級距，為員工投資社保及公積金，且裕元將根據員工適用的級距，每月提撥14%（11%是中央政府的養老保險，3%是地方養老保險），員工則自提8%。
 
至於今天早上寶成發布重訊中，提到將調整員工福利金，可分為兩點說明。第1，員工可自行決定，是否適用新薪資級距來提撥社保；第2，若員工願意適用新級距，要自己決定須回溯多久。
 
寶成提到，若有員工適用新級距，估計適用的薪資會變高，不僅員工自己每月從薪資中提撥社保的金額上升，裕元同步提撥的金額也會變多，加上回溯，因此勢必加重裕元的財務負擔，惟影響程度尚須估算。
 
不過，外資買盤周四並未受到這場風波影響，今天仍買超寶成1461張，本周至周四已連3買，累計買超5078張，外資持股比重維持約58%。（劉煥彥／台北報導）

成大環境醫學研究所特聘教授郭浩然統計台灣近年自閉症兒童，發現雖然人數連年增加，但與歐美先進國家相比，發生率只有1/10；不過，這項結果不代表台灣人比較不會有自閉症，而是診斷率比起先進國家落後許多，值得關注。

郭浩然與嘉義基督教醫院復健科、長榮大學企管系合作，統計2004到2009年3到17歲領有泛自閉症障礙殘障手冊的人數，發現個案數連年增加，從2004年的3995人，2009年增到7479人，盛行率在所有年齡層都逐年增加。

2014「台灣伴手禮名品展」及「台北國際禮品暨文具展」今天舉行展前聯合記者會，今年有700個國內外廠商參展，使用近千個攤位，規模較去年成長7.5%。

今天的展前聯合記者會中，客家委員會主委黃玉振親臨致詞，並由伊林名模展示時尚商品，先為兩展熱身。

第68屆「台灣伴手禮名品展」及第3屆「台北國際禮品暨文具展」24日至27日在世貿一館登場。主辦單位中華民國對外貿易發展協會指出，預估有超過2萬名國內外專業買主及民眾參觀選購，盛況可期。

外貿協會展覽處副處長陳建坤致詞表示，今年伴手禮將全台從南到北的特色伴手禮聚集，地方特色主題館包括最大攤位數的客委會、台中市工策會、雲林縣政府、新竹市工策會、新北市鶯歌陶博館及花蓮縣工策會都是首度參展。

在台北禮品展部分，陳建坤說，今年以文創設計風格為主軸，除國內參展廠商外，南韓、香港、馬來西亞等國家都參與盛會；尼泊爾、不丹、日本等國籌組國家館，其中，日本國家館為首度設立，足見台北禮品展國際知名度與日俱增。

同時，陳建坤表示，展期中，外貿協會將舉辦禮品展「國際設計趨勢暨通路開發研討會」、「一對一採購洽談會」及「人氣商品票選」、「熱門產品發表會」及伴手禮展的「限時特賣會」等活動，讓參展廠商及參觀者都滿載而歸。
