【四方報】新北潑水節　誦經淨厄代替潑水

新北市政府3月20號對外發布，今年潑水節照常舉辦，但不同於往常灑水車及水柱灑水的方式，改用緬甸當地習俗，採用高僧誦經加持後的水，輔以紫檀花樹葉來灑淨去厄，市府呼籲民眾為家中長輩洗腳祈福。

文化局長林寬裕解釋，因應旱情，今年潑水節改用藝文慶祝活動。當天邀請緬、泰高僧誦念平安經，用紫檀花樹葉為市民祈福。同時為弘揚孝道舉辦洗腳活動，也邀請緬、泰的藝文團隊表演。
