中華職棒熱身賽3月17日進行最後一場官辦熱身賽，吳志揚會長原預定出席，不過稍早打羽球，左腳意外受傷，經過核磁共振檢查，診斷阿基里斯腱斷裂，目前正在進行手術。

吳志揚稍早在桃園打羽毛球健身，因為運動過於激烈，導致左腳跟受傷，隨後到桃園敏盛綜合醫院就醫，診斷是阿基里斯腱斷裂，將馬上動刀。

今天聯盟也邀請前顧問「大郭」郭源治擔任開球嘉賓，吳志揚因為意外腳傷，兩人無緣見面，中職副秘書長表示，吳志揚會長已和郭源治通過電話，告知無法出席熱身賽。
