OPEC發布最新報告持續看好原油市場復甦

《CNBC》報導，石油輸出國組織OPEC發布最新報告指出，中國與中東今年將在原油市場扮演重要角色，認為這兩國需求足以帶動全球原油需求量增加。

OPEC 預期，低油價將刺激原油需求量成長，今年每日平均需求量可望增加 117 萬桶來到 9237 萬桶。「儘管市場上存在諸多挑戰，但預期全球經濟將會逐漸改善，可望帶動每日需求量增加 120 萬桶。」「新興市場經濟發展也可以增加石油需求量。」

OPEC則看壞俄國經濟表現與美國原油產量。報告中認為，俄國 2015 年經濟可能收縮 3.2%，超過先前預期收縮2.4%；而美國最遲在 2015 年下半年原油產量會開始減少。
