傳兆豐併南山　金管會主委：將查炒股

日前傳出兆豐金控正積極與彰銀及南山人壽洽談併購事宜，金管會主委曾銘宗今早在立法院被問到此事時，嚴正駁斥：「本案目前沒有在進行，假設相關機構持續炒這個新聞，金管會會去了解是不是有炒股票的嫌疑。」

曾銘宗強調，這個案子「早就不存在，也沒有繼續在談」，沒有正式在談的個案，若有必要，金管會會了解是否有炒股票的嫌疑。（黃揚明／台北報導）
