就職當天被停職　「1天縣長」無罪擬提國賠

台東縣前縣長吳俊立因2000年任台東縣議會議長期間爆發弊案，之後他當選台東縣長，就職當天就遭停職，成為「1天縣長」他擬提國賠。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，吳俊立擔任台東縣議會議長期間爆發弊案，纏訟到2005年，因1審重判16年，導致選上台東縣長後隨即遭內政部停職，為規避法令與妻子鄺麗貞辦理離婚，由鄺麗貞補選上縣長，如今無罪確定。

吳俊立除遭停職損失，名譽也受損，始終擺脫不了黑金，也對台東許多理想、抱負無法付諸實行。雖最終無罪定讞已還他清白，律師也不斷鼓吹要打國賠訴訟，也強調勝訴機會很大，因此審慎考慮國賠訴訟。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
