黃景泰貪污首開庭神情凝重不發一語

基隆市議會前議長黃景泰涉多起貪汙弊案，他被控掏空市議會千萬公款、利用職務之便向建商索賄，被檢方聲請羈押獲准，至今已在看守所半年。法院今天首度召開準備程序庭，他下午1點半步出看守所，穿著鵝黃色襯衫，身型稍變結實，神情凝重不發一語步上警備車。
