根據央視網報導，川菜作為中華四大菜系之一，在中華烹飪史上佔有重要地位，海內外都享有很高的聲譽。川菜以家常菜為主，取材廣泛，以善用麻辣著稱。

1、四川火鍋

以麻、辣、鮮、香著稱的火鍋已成為四川美食的代表。

2、水煮魚

水煮魚又稱江水煮江魚，是一道四川及重慶市的漢族傳統名菜，「麻上頭，辣過癮」，讓水煮魚在大陸全國流行得一塌糊塗。

3、回鍋肉

回鍋肉作為一道傳統川菜，一直被認為是川菜之首，川菜的化身。它色香味俱全，色澤紅亮，是最好的下飯菜之首選。
