春節建案誰熱銷　遠雄成交20億

房地合一稅在年前輕輕放下，春節期間賞屋、買屋人氣回籠，其中遠雄表現最為亮眼，賣出20億元的房子。

遠雄副總經理蔡宗易表示，全台共計14案場春節期間吸引來人數近6000組、成交近152件，今年成交總額約20億元，比2014年成長5~6%左右。
 
蔡宗易點出，其中以新北市新莊的「巴黎公園」、「左岸」跟嘉義市「國寶」等三大建案表現最為突出，因房地合一稅在年前走向明朗，再加上遠雄全省都有推案，兩者水到渠成才造就春節業績逆勢成長。

蔡宗易表示，今年今年台商、投資客少，75%買方都是自住客，因有換購屋需求促成交，因此成交物件以小坪數、平均成交總價落在1400~1500萬左右的商品居多。（陳書榕／台北報導）
