標題[問題] 公司這樣子扣我兩天薪水 合法嗎?

我在這間公司做六年了 已經做到年假有14天的程度 公司名氣跟規模不算太小 員工人數3百多人 不過是約聘職 一年一聘 年假.年終.三節.健檢都有 福利都相同 公司這幾年 開出的職缺都是約聘制 正職員工大多都是七八年以上的老員工或是主管階級 去年底合約到後毅然決定離職 跟公司說要做到2月底 目前是未簽合約的狀態 今年度14天的年假 我確定可以拿到 因為當初到職日是一月 但是提離後公司說14天年假會換算成薪水給我 公司告知我的最後工作日是2/26 因為27.28兩天是假日 他們不願意支付這兩天薪水 本部門人員2月份都是排休13天 我只能排11天 所以我2月份是沒有全薪的 會被扣兩天的薪水 但我們是月薪制 非時薪制的工作 公司連兩天都不肯給 算的非常清楚 這樣的算法是合理的嗎?
