復興航空民航機墜毀，班機擦撞環東大道的過程曝光！

畫面上看到班機已失去控制，不僅脫離原先的飛行高度，機身更呈現90度側飛，機腹清楚可見。

機翼擦撞高架橋後，這架機身編號B-22816的ATR-72型客機隨即墜毀在基隆河。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
