1票2000元！　買票選里長落選遭判刑3年

吃力不討好！新北市56歲簡祥任，去年以無黨籍參選萬里區雙興里長，涉嫌透過李姓樁腳，以每票2000元向選民買票，大選過後僅拿190票落選；去年基隆地檢署指揮金山警分局，搜索簡祥任的競選辦事處、李姓樁腳住處等，查扣到6萬7000元現金。

應訊時，受賄選民皆坦承收錢，共繳回4萬元賄款，訊後檢方認為簡、李2人犯罪嫌疑重大，去年起訴簡祥任及樁腳等3人。昨天全案經基隆地方法院審理，簡祥任買票罪證確鑿，簡也坦承犯罪，依違反公職人員選舉罷免法判處簡3年有期徒刑，褫奪公權2年；另2樁腳各判1年6個月、緩刑5年，褫奪公權1年，全案仍可上訴。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
