橘子砸23.88億向新壽購內湖大樓

遊戲橘子（6180）今以重訊發布將斥資23.88億元買進新壽（2818）內湖大樓，建物面積達5945平方公尺（約1798.4坪），橘子指出，預計年底前將集團及轉投資公司人約千人陸續遷入，成為橘子營運總部。
 
在資金來源方面，橘子指一部分自有，一部分則是銀行借貸方式，而中和目前辦公室有一部分自有、一部分承租，其中自有部分也將予以處分，但仍需要董事會通過。（蕭文康／台北報導）
