【更新】陳信安拿棒球找李全教簽名

台南市議會今起開第2次臨時會，市長賴清德早已表明不進議會，市府官員應該會跟進，議長李全教進入議會時再次向市長賴清德喊話，要賴為190萬市民福祉，趕緊來開會。

李全教受訪完準備步入議事廳時，和知名籃球員同名、就讀嘉南藥理大學學生陳信安，拿出1顆棒球攔路請李全教簽名，李全教感到錯愕，怎會跑個棒球粉絲來？不過仍有求必應幫他簽名，陳信安表示，父親跟李議長是朋友，對府會這段時間不和諧，特地來幫他加油打氣。

上午9時半，簽到開會人數僅13人，議場內空盪盪，未達29人過半開會人數，上午10時12分，李全教到議事廳主持會議，由於簽到人數未過半，當場敲槌宣布延會30分鐘，再等議員來簽到開會。（劉榮輝／台南報導）
