冷眼看歷史破冰　卡斯楚：我不相信美國

自美國及古巴去年12月中旬宣佈兩國尋求關係正常化以來，古巴前總統「強人」卡斯楚(Fidel Castro)首度表態，他說自己不信任美國政策，但仍然支持現任總統、他親弟弟的外交策略。

卡斯楚向首都夏灣拿大學發出一封公開信，闡述對古巴外交政策的看法，他說：「我不相信美國，也不曾與美國交流，但這不代表我反對以和平方式解決衝突。」他說，會永遠捍衞世界各國人民，包括與古巴對手之間的合作和友誼。

兩國斷交超過50年，上周起兩國官員在夏灣拿開始就重啟外交談判磋商，接下來會安排在華盛頓舉行新一輪會談。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
